This is a great "no frills" park. Lots of workers here, fixing storm damage around Baton Rouge, everyone is polite and friendly. Andy (the manager) tolerates zero "bull-****"! We feel safe here.

They have done a wonderful job paving the entrance road. The Park not only looks better then when I went three years ago but it seems to be a turn for the better with tenants and visitors.

Could not get a spot or anyone to talk to about getting a spot. Almost got stuck and could not get out as it is a single road that dead ends. Had to unhook the trailer to turn around and rehook to get out. Filled with mainly permanent residents, not your typical RV park as most are used to

Recently stayed at this park again after some years. Park was great. Has been completely redone. New asphalt road and camper parking has been redone. They are gravel spots but we’ll leveled. A mix of campers. Some new and some older campers. Park was clean. I’ll be back next time I am in area. Park is so close to all Baton Rouge has to offer.

Manager is nice and loves cats which is a plus in my book. Most people that stay here live here. Stayed in front part close to the noisy road lots of sirens. Good hookups, but I probably won't stay here again. Wi-Fi too weak to connect 😞

This park changed the owner. The previous one was upkeeping the park but Brad, the current owner did nothing. He only increased the rent by $50. Nothing but greediness justifies this park's rent. There are holes and screws all over the road but the price is like for a classy park. Find another park because this one is horrible.

Stayed here one night iwhile traveling through Louisiana in a 40’ motorhome with tow car. Very run down and lack of maintenance. Lady manager was friendly, honest and helpful and that is why 2 stars and not1! Muddy spaces where they should have been graveled! Junky full timers all around. Looked like a crossover scene from Criminal Minds and Breaking Bad and way too expensive for what it was! A Walmart parking lot is much better!

Stayed here long term for several months with a 34 foot travel trailer for work. The place is a bit run down and doesn't offer much in the way of amenities. (no pool) The laundry room and showers definitely need to be improved but they are functional enough for use if needed. I utilized everything in my camper instead. They offer both 30 amp and 50 amp spaces at a reasonable fees that includes water, sewer, electricity, and wi-fi. The Wi-Fi is okay but could be improved. The manager is very nice...Miss Donna who is a retired Veteran. She was very cordial with getting us parked and set up. She definitely

I enjoyed a long stay at Knight RV and the management was always on top of any issues. They are friendly good hardworking people. The area is well kept and clean. The area is quiet and peaceful with an empty field on one side and some woods along the other. There can be some traffic in and out in the mornings and evenings but overall very quiet atmosphere. Definitely recommend.

If a negative rating score were available, this place would get one. No matter it is a trailer park decimated by the flooding last summer, the condition of the service, the "so called road/drive way" has 20 year old pot holes 4-8 inches deep which cannot be avoided no matter the path you take, a caretaker and her extremely un-jolly band of permanent residents, sewer stench from hell due to not a single sewer cap or cover on any drain on any site. Trash strewn immediately behind each and every lot, even though 2 dumpster are available on premise. A minimum of 4-5 residents must work for Uber or

We needed a place to park our trailer on really short notice and she was so accommodating and so helpful through the whole time. We even found out we would have to stay another night due to bad luck with vehicles and she had no problem with it at all. There is laundry here, it is $1.75 for washing and $1.75 for drying. It is right next to a community bathroom/shower but I honestly would not use it. Donna (the manager) even met us late at night to give us quarters for the laundry. If you are looking for a friendly stay, but not a 5 star looking place, then I highly recommend this place.

Called park manager one hour before arrival and when I got there she was clueless as to who I was! Gave me a hard time and gave me the third degree when all I wanted to do was check in and get settled. During my exchange with her a current guest came up to the office and was livid due to the amount of cat crap all over the park. There are at least 30 ferrel cats loose and living under RVs. Manager refuses to get rid of them and told me straight up. He was also mad because he gave a week notice to her and she was now denying that he did and wanted to charge him another week. Needless to say I bailed

Night RV park has only back-in lots (no pull-throughs), not leveled and very few concrete pads. Most lots get pretty muddy when it rains. No cable provided. Laundry services are available (three washers). WiFi is available for a fee. Full hook-ups, 30 & 50 amps available. Office will recieve packages for you. Good proximty to malls, restaurants, freeways, wal-mart. Current rates, as of Jan, 2010, are $135/week and $380/month (utilities included).
