It is commonly known in the commercial real estate industry that some brokerage firms only offer management services so they can be considered a "full-service" company. Offering both services not only increases the bottom line but also helps companies qualify to win more business. I have found that selling land is more involved than selling a house. There are several factors that are involved in selling land. Will it be used as a home site or for business. Where is s the location? Are utilities available and if not what is involved in getting utilities? All of these factors determine potential buyers. Judy Kurtz and Jeanie Gillock work together as a team in selling land. In fact, selling land is all that they sell. They will work diligently in contacting potential buyers. They do not just wait for buyers to call them. Judy and Jeanie will do an extensive market analysis
