HORRIBLE Management and the Broker/Director (Sonja Henry West)
treats her staff so poorly. Imagine how she treat tenants that are beholden for maintenance issues!!!!!! Read other reviews. I have texts from her staff that back up Sonja's despicable work ethic. She is NOT reasonable and takes her time (controlling power trip) to respond to everything. You will be sorry if you work with this poorly managed, non-responsive, unprofessional team of uneducated woman that are lead by a woman that takes advantage at EVERY TURN. Very sad that they treat hard working families with such lack of interest or

I am writing this truthful review after being strung along for 12 days by Sonja West (disgusting) and her team. PLEASE RUN FROM THIS HORRIBLE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY. BEWARE! Read ALL the reviews.
I received verbal and written "approval" from the agent I was working with (see attached text), passed on the other rental I was pursuing, then received a call from Cindy Baker that the security deposit would have to be 3X the amount to actually secure the rental. How they get away with this is inconceivable. Bait and Switch. Sonja gets the money and then finds every way possible to keep it (requiring

This was one of the worse leasing experiences that I have ever encountered without actually leasing from a company. I applied to lease a home from them and they insisted that I immediately transfer the application fee to them to process my application. There was a convenience fee incurred that was not very convenient for me. Well one of the agents from the office calls me to tell me that the current tenants had changed their minds and they would be refunding my application fee the following day. I was fine with that. Well a week or two passed and there was no refund, so I called into the office

Recently moved out of a home that they managed. Lived there for a number of years and had not had many issues until it was time to renew my lease during covid. The owner wanted force me to sign a lease for another year, pay an astronomical amount for month to month or move out during one of the most vulnerable periods of covid- when things were shut down and agents were not showing homes. I went back and forth with them about this as my rent was always on time or early and I had 2 small children. The final issue was after I moved out in May and received my security deposit and an itemized statement

Im currently renting a property managed by Citywide, approximately 2 weeks ago i received a notice from Letty stating that the owners would not be renewing the lease and i had 30 days to vacate. I explained to her that i just underwent brain surgery and my doctor advised me to be on strict bedrest. I also had his nurse fax her a letter thats a strict violation of HIPAA explaining the situation and never received a response. I should have read the reviews before leasing from them because i know they will now keep the deposit as stated in previous reviews. Something should be done to management companies

Stay away!! Don’t take these reviews for granted this is a warning. My fiancé and I read the reviews but thought we’d give them the benefit of the doubt because we really liked a home. MISTAKE. Where to even begin. We toured a home and asked Joann face to face about the application process and she told us we only had to fill out the last two pages. Next day we are contacted by Michelle saying we need to fill out the rest. No problem just a little miscommunication we thought, we get it. Michelle asks us for rental history and we explain that we’ve been paying rent to a friend of our family
