This location is so welcoming it feels like family. Lupita was very patient with my mom and I since it’s my first time getting my own car insurance. I loved how she took her time explaining to us both and we even got some goodies! Lupita found a policy that was affordable for me and I felt no judgment and felt comfortable asking questions. The folks here are great to work with! Leslie Hernandez has always responded quickly to my questions and concerns. This past week I got the pleasure of speaking to the representative Leslie, she was very kind, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. I had many questions regarding my home and car insurance that I have recently purchased and she was able to answer most of them and the ones she couldn’t she was able to point me to the right direction.
