Michael at 2 The Maxx Entertainment was the DJ for our wedding and he was awesome! He went out of his way in the months, weeks, and days before our wedding to go over what music we wanted at different parts of the day and he provided helpful suggestions anytime we needed them. During the big day he was a great MC and entertainer and we had many people comment on how much they enjoyed the music. Our venue had an area for dancing and one just outside of that where people gathered to chat. Both, the song choices and volume were perfect for both areas! Michael DJed my wedding on August 27th and he was amazing!
We were supposed to get married in September 2020 but ya know, covid. He was super flexible and accommodating to our 3 date changes.
I told him to do what his heart tells him when picking music and his heart was spot on. He played lots of Prince which we loved cause Prince played a… big part throughout the wedding. He also read the room and picked the perfect mix of songs to keep everyone dancing right to the end.
He was absolutely perfect and I am so thankful we found him! He’s definitely part of our #PurpleFam

We received rave reviews from the guests at our block party. The mix was exactly what we wanted and all ages enjoyed the entertainment Michael provided. He was very prompt in all responses to our questions as we went through our planning. We had the perfect experience we hoped for!

This guy is great! He did the audio for my daughter's wedding from the 3pm ceremony through dj at night until 10:30. He kept things moving along and if he sensed a lull he skillfully brought things back. His interaction level was exactly as we asked. He followed through on my song requests and even when and how I wanted those played. He was able to detect our musical tastes and played the perfect choices all night. He even got a full dance floor out to line dance. He handled all things so well, it was like we coached or scripted him through things like cutting the cake even though we hadn't. We

2 The Maxx Entertainment provided a sleek and contemporary photobooth for a special Gala Event at Royal Foundry Crafts Spirits for Twin Cities Wedding & Event Professionals. Very fun! Easy and awesome to work with. Highly recommend for any event.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Michael was hands down one of the BEST decisions we made for our wedding day! He was so organized, professional, down to earth, and friendly from the day we met. We were so confident in everything that he did and suggested and he was so understanding of our requests, even last minute changes the day of our wedding.
We have gotten nothing but compliments on how amazing he was since our big day and people were always on the dance floor! We couldn’t have asked for a better person to be such a big part of our wedding!
