We design and manufacture all of the rings and other jewelry items you'll see on this site and in our store.

We loved our experience with Knox Jewelers! Ryan went above and beyond with his amazing customer service, and even went out of his way to accommodate us. We had the perfect ring custom made with so many unique details and designs and it ended up being cheaper than a ring from the big box jewelers. We had such a wonderful experience with Knox Jewelers and Kristin! Kristin was so welcoming, kind, and helpful as we went through the process of selecting engagement rings. She was very knowledgeable and did an excellent job explaining the different types and styles of rings and stones. I was doing an online search for a new wedding band to upgrade my current band. I came across a style I liked at Knox and reached out to the store. Kristin, the store manager, said she would be happy to send me the band to try on at home. I didn't care for the first band, so she sent me a second style to try. It was close but not just right. I will never go anywhere else, Knox is truly the best and I will continue to come here for anything in the future. Knowing that I am a little particular, my fiancé wanted to let me pick out my ring (after proposing with a temp. one). - The ring was custom made onsite right in Uptown and all future cleanings and repairs happen there, too. No shipping it off somewhere.

Overall I had a great experience working with Brent Knox over the course of two months to get my fiancé a beautiful oval diamond on a custom antique style platinum ring. Let me just say that she is absolutely in love with the ring and gets tons of unsolicited compliments on it (I'm sure all girls do, though).
I will say that their diamond pricing was too high at first (by 10-15%). BUT, I simply said that I would not be willing to pay the premium for the custom ring (about $5K without the diamond - not cheap!) if they weren't competitive on the diamond. I gave him some GIA certs
