Dr Naler and his staff are wonderful! Not only are their professional skills to be noted but their pleasant demeanor. I was very nervous about an extraction and I’m not sure if it was the singing or the reassurance but overall it was a great experience, considering. I'm so thankful for Google reviews and those on our neighborhood app, as they are what led me to make an appointment with Dr. Naler's office. All staff I encountered were very friendly and upbeat (they obviously love what they do and enjoy working together...so important I think, as that positive energy helps put patients at ease). Madison, my hygienist, was awesome. Completely pain-free cleaning, first time ever for me!! I also appreciated her excellent communication and frequent suction "breaks". We have been going to Dr. Naler's office for over 10 years now and we have always been really please with the service we get. They are always on time and quick to see you. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. Dr. Naler is friendly and he treats his patients with respect and compassion. They are great with adults and kids.

The BEST dental office I have ever been to! I was searching for anyone to see me since I am new to the area and was in excruciating pain from a toothache. Dr. Naler’s office had an opening and I was seen at 9am. By 10 am we had figured out the problem and I had an appointment with an oral surgeon for the next day.
I came in the following day due to the pain changing locations. Dr. Naler and his staff re-evaluated me and discovered another problem, and again I was referred to a specialist within minutes! I was never charged for being a seen a second time either.

Our community is extremely lucky to have a dentist like Dr. Naler. The entire staff took very good care of me. Everyone is friendly, compassionate, and competent. My needs were taken care of quickly and I left feeling very good about my visit. They care about me as a person. I highly recommend this dental office.

Went in today for my first appointment at this office. Definitely the best experience I've had at a dentist. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. My cleaning was painless!
Dr. Naler also took the time to explain his thought process and decision making for everything he decided to do. As someone who has been to dentists who make decisions without telling me 'why' or even 'what' they're wanting to do, knowing these things is highly valuable to me.

Every single person I've come into contact with from this office has been exceptional--from the scheduler, to the clinical staff. I had a filling replacement and a crown done here, along with routine cleanings. Shelly, Andrea, Maria, Adam Naler, D.D.S, and Coleton Caldwell, D.D.S. treated me with friendliness, warmth, and compassion, all while being very skilled and professional. Each person is a rock star at what they do. Coleton Caldwell noticed some glue still on my teeth from having braces long ago, which he removed. To me, that says that he was more observant than several other dentists

Have been having severe tooth pain since Sunday (minor pain for 2+ years. Finally (with much reservation) made a dentist appointment (I hate the dentist....like shaking and tears hate the dentist). However I have found the dental fear whisperer. If you are in need of a dentist make sure to check out Dr. Adam Naler. Dr. Naler and Mallory were AMAZING today!!!! From the moment I walk in the door, the staff makes me always feel so welcome! I appreciate that Dr. Naler always talks me through everything, good or bad. I couldn't imagine seeing another Dentist or trusting my kids to anyone else. I love that the staff remembers me, they truly make you feel important.

I was always uncomfortable going to the dentist, but not now. Dr. Naler is exceptional. Beyond professional I have found him to be extremely caring and compassionate, his amazing office team mirrors these qualities as well. In fact, I am so dedicated to him that I drive from my work in Leawood to see him in Platte City.

Dr. Naler and his office staff deserve less than one star. Dr. Naler is listed as an authorized provider for military families. Within the first 5 minutes of my children's visits he griped about how he would "not get paid diddly squat for this visit" I thanked him for taking our ins and seeing us and he said "you know why it's hard to find a provider, because the military doesn't pay me what they should, I do everything the same and get paid nothing". If you are unhappy with reimbursement, remove yourself from the list, don't take it out on the families you
