Established in 1988, Greenbrier Farms is a second-generation family-owned-and-operated enterprise run by the Bishop and Pick families. Handed down in its infancy as a sustainable farm operation, Roddy Pick and Chad Bishop have cultivated an institution where farmers and advocates of sustainable agriculture can see it in action.
Including 100% grass-fed beef or pastured pork in your meal plan gives you not only better nutrition to fuel your life but also supports your local ecosystem. Raising cows and pigs in wide-open pastures gives the animals the life they were meant to live. But it also ensures that the land is rich in nutrients that help raise healthy livestock and preserve our natural resources for future generations.

What a little gem this farm is! I have now been many times for different occasions……Weddings, fine dining dinners, casual barbecues, and pizza nights. Who can be mad at a Thursday night off from cooking and having a sweet family owned business cook up artisanal pizza in their brick ovens. Thank you Greenbrier Farms

Greenbrier Farms was an amazing venue with an owner that caters to your every need. Amy was so attentive to us from the moment we took our first your to the reception following the wedding. We had to postpone three times due to Covid-19 and still she made the experience so pleasurable. We had never heard of the place, not did we know Amy, but she's a Rock Star in our opinion! I would highly recommend this venue
