Been with this company for my homeowners and auto insurance for 2 years. Tried contacting my agent multiple times, not getting timely response and service that I am requesting and my insurance policy expires soon. Dropping them because I found a better company that will value my business and time. Absolutely garbage service!

I worked with Joe Major for 8 years and he is the best! He was always extremely responsive and did everything possible to get me a great quote, which is very difficult in Miami-Dade. I recommend him for any insurance in Florida. He is definitely top notch!

Jamal Williams has a bubbly personality but he dropped the ball several times when trying to secure new policies on my home. In fact, today I was notified that my policy has lapsed for non-payment! Which he claims he made. I have sent several emails and tried calling and have not heard anything back at this time...
This was pre and post IRMA! I would not recommend this agency to anyone.
