We aim to be your friend group's new hangout spot! We have a full bar selection, that has massive margaritas, tequila beverages, Mexican import beer, and other favorites. We also serve large plates of food and know you'll love our burritos, tacos, and other Mexican dishes. To start every meal, we encourage you to order our build-your-own guac platter.

Menus Report

A bed of chips with seasoned steak or chicken strips with grilled onions, peppers and tomatoes. Chicken soup with generous strips of chicken, onions, tomatoes, avocado, and rice in our seasoned broth. Cheese and your choice of the following stuffed in a flour tortilla and perfectly grilled. I have been here many times and have never been disappointed. My favorites are Fajitas (chicken) and the Spicy Burrito with a fried jalapeños on top.

Pretty average. The salsa had a taste that was "off", couldn't put my finger on what it was but did not taste right. $4.50 for a soft drink, LOL.

If you like steak, shrimp, and cheese, get the Juanito! Great flavor and excellent prices. Very clean, as well. Will definitely go again. Did I mention the prices? 😊

Seated immediately by my server while another set the table. 46oz margarita (huge and not weak) in front of me within 5 minutes. Camaroes El Potro (excellent) in front of me within 5 minutes of ordering. I was checked on no less than four times by my server and others. Impeccable service and great (American) Mexican food.

First time visit for lunch with my sister. Pleasant waitress was served hot chips and salsa fairly quickly. Food was okay kinda bland need more spice and heat asked for spicier salsa which helped the flavor profile.

Food and price of it was good. The service was a bit slow for the time of day but they didn't mess anything up so that's a plus. They have alot lunch options through the week for either 5.50 or 6.50.

Our favorite Mexican restaurant! The food is made to order and ALWAYS fresh! Amazing salsa, queso, fajitas, and tacos! Can't say enough good about El Potro! The staff is super friendly as well. We love Juan, Jose, and the entire El Potro team!!!

First time coming here was great, the table service was to long to wait I had to wait for 40 mins to order my food and there was only 4 family tables open. But they deliver my food on-time & it was Intoxicating. Keep up the good work #latinonation

Delicious Mexican food! I have the Hawaiian quesadilla and it was very unique and absolutely wonderful. The decor was nice as well and the different weight staff were helpful. The portion sizes were large and overall I felt it was a good value. I would definitely return!

Food here is absolutely amazing! These meals are like $10 each and so well worth it. You're going to get filled up with servings like these. Flavors are outstanding. They were very busy, but we're treated like VIPs. Can't say enough good about this place. Definitely eat here if you're into Mexican food.
