My sister and her husband invited us out to lunch here and this was our first visit. We were REALLY IMPRESSED with not just the food but THE SERVICE was impeccable!!!!! A breathe of fresh air in comparison to what we've experienced other places from so called fast food to a bit more expensive dining.The decor was AWESOME and we REALLY enjoyed the ambience and all around experience!!!! Will DEFINITELY return, soon!!!! Great job La Hacienda!!

Been going to this restaurant since I was knee high absolutely the best authentic Mexican food in the Hendricks county area the service is always excellent! The food is outstanding, With either dine in or carry out. Always to remember to tip your server that's how they make their money! Overall best Mexican food around!

This location sets back off the Hwy 36 behind a couple of small office buildings and is easy to pass up. Entry is through the side door where there is more parking. I came here by myself for a quick lunch and was seated immediately. The woman with the chips and salsa was right behind the greeter guy to serve my table. Unlike some mex places, they serve the mild salsa. I didn't have to ask for a milder salsa. The chips were plentiful and fresh.

It has been awhile since we've visited La Hacienda Mexican Restuarant in Avon only because they have another restaurant two miles from our house. I had to run a couple errands today and was driving past. They serve an affordable lunch menu with many delicious options from tacos, burritos, fajitas, enchiladas, quesadillas plus many other items as well as the Hacienda Favorites.
I ordered the ala cart Tacos Carnitas ($2.95 each) or get the meal of 3 tacos for $8.85 with beans and rice. When they arrived I was impressed with the amount of the tender pork on top of the flour tortilla with a touch

Not terrible, is the best I can say. They are minding social distancing and offering curbside delivery (when you can get through on the phone). The menu selection is typical, so there will always be something for everyone who likes Mexican food. They were a bit heavy handed on the seasoning, too spicy for my husband, and too salty for my liking. I'd recommend trying one of the other family locations such as in Lafayette Square or in Carmel. Recommend a chicken taco with cilantro and avocado, rice and beans with a side of chips and salsa.

This is a gem hidden in avon and its for sure the best mexican restaurant in avon! Its super busy & loud so thats why i gave it 4 stars but its busy because its a great place to gather and eat! They have multiple booths and seating for big groups! The servers are super nice and are wearing mask! Menus are already inside the table so they didnt bring us a menu or have digital scan. We paid around $40 for 2 alcoholic beverages & 2 dinner meals. Also the parking lot is super packed and hard to find a parking spot if it is busy! The inside is super fun and colorful, very authentic! You do need

This location is set back and doesn't look like much everyone knows those are the most spots! i had plans to try this place all week. it's pretty close to my new home so i figured i'd be making it a new regular as i love mexican food.
no one was at the stand when we arrived but a woman came out asked how many and seated us right away. our server came out and took our drink orders. the restaurant was a little busy for lunch and loud!

Came here to have dinner as a late Xmas gathering. Are able to accommodate large parties-- I believe we had 16 in our group. Staff was attentive! Drinks, chips, and salsa were always refilled. Food is amazing. I had the bristek con arroz and I loved all the veggies on it! Honestly enough to split with someone! It is a good helping! My BF had the chicken quesadilla with added chorizo. Many in our party got the soup-- they all said it is SO underrated! (I think 4 out of the 16 got it). Great dinner and great service!

The location was a bit dated and literally just a bit off the beaten trail of Rockville roads run of chains. Even though it's older and somewhat odd architecture for a restaurant, we liked the fact that it wasn't a national chain. This is a good venue, very good food, service, and excellent value!

Tacos to soothe my Texan soul...
I moved from Texas 9 months ago and I had only found one other mexican restaurant I liked... until now. This food is the real deal y'all! The tacos are delicious with (what I presume) are housemade tortialls. The meat is seasoned beautifully as well. I haven't tried the tamales but i have heard they are housemade and delcious. I've been here multiple times and love love love their food. You can't go wrong with some good, quality mexican. Although the food is amazing, I'm giving this location 3 stars because of the service.
They are always busy and I feel that they are sometimes under-staffed. The service is usually very, very slow and hectic. I know this isn't always in their control but the 3 times I have been here, the service is always the same.

I've been to several La Hacienda Mexican Restaurants across the city and this location seemed to be the same as the others. Great staff, quick service, clean space, and good food. I could tell this was a popular location because it opened at 11:00 am and it was packed with the lunch crowd around 11:30 AM. We were seated immediately and the hostess brought us a small wooden bowl filled with homemade salsa and tortilla chips.

If you can find this restaurant (it's on a little side street south of US 36), the first thing you will notice when you walk inside is the festive atmosphere. Bright colors everywhere, children with their parents grabbing something to eat, and pinatas hanging from the ceiling all made me feel like I was late joining the party. Fortunately, they have really tasty frozen strawberry margaritas for those so inclined to catch up!
We had efficient service from our waiter throughout the dinner. The food also came out of the kitchen quickly, and our bill was brought as soon as we asked for it
