By far the worst doctors office ever. They were completely rude to not only me, but other patients as well. They check your temp before you come in and you have to knock right? Well we knock multiple times no entry, walked around to the other side only to be told to knock harder. Finally the lady sitting down in her office doing nothing decides she’s gonna send somebody out but not before giving us a nasty look and mouthing something that I can almost bet wasn’t nice. Another lady comes along and she has to knock hard 5 times before one of the many nurses that walk by finally noticed her. Completely

They are okay, but be sure to insist on Dr. Tam.
The office staff at Family Medcenter is professional. There is a rather long wait time in the lobby.
Family Pharmacy is a great pharmacy that is next door. I highly recommend them.
Family Medcenter takes Medicare and insurance.

It's a hit or miss doctor's office. Some days my mom has to wait a long time even if she has an appointment. Sometimes it's not that bad. Dr. Tam is alright, just always in a rush

This place is all about the money, but they don't really care about your actual well being. I hate this place. I have no insurance and I self paid for a DOT physcial, in order to renew my CDL. I asked if I could get my blood pressure medicine refilled and they did it, but charged me an office visit. The total was $178. That just doesn't seem fair to me. Why do people have to screw you over, for no reason?

My most recent experience with Family Medcenter, frankly, reminded me why I had begun shopping for a new doctor. First of all, the wait time. Even with an appointment, I've never left the waiting room until after 1-2 hours of waiting. It makes making an appointment pointless. Second, when you get back into a room, it generally takes another 30-60 minutes before you are seen by a doctor. Going here literally means taking half a day off work. Beyond the waiting times, I forgot how often I felt like the doctor(s) and nurse(s) brushed off my symptoms. I never felt like they actually listened to me

I've been coming here for 30 years and the service and Staff have been fabulous. We have developed over the years a very family oriented relationship. Because of the way they have established their practice they are usually very busy. They prefer appointments, but you can walk in, but expect a longer wait before seeing someone.

These folks are friendly and very helpful. They take appointments and walk in as well. While there are always people there seeking medical help, I've never found it necessary to make an appointment. I can actually get in to see the practitioner in an exam room faster here without an appointment than what I could do at other doctors with a prescheduled appointment. The facility has a ramp in front for wheelchair access and it is one story so there is no need for elevator access. Conveniently located, sharing a parking lot w a pharmacy for easy pickup.

Before Dr. Tam started using the Current Practitioner as of Oct /10/2017 . I think her name is Dana , it was OK. Yes 2-3hr wait time but if you have to go somewhere, I suggest Dr Munez or University urgent care.
The one Nurse practitioner puts on a fake personality but in fact is very mix up in the head and rude!
Going down Quick. Prescribed me the wrong medicines.
If you go here insist to see Dr. Tam Only by Appointment..!!

Make an appointment and then wait for 2 hours to be told you need to go see another doctor after the other doctor sent you here. Now I must make another appointment, thats 3 different co-pays out of pocket with our new Obamacare policies. Thx everyone who helped put this in affect.
