After my mother passed, I saved two cherished antiques among others while cleaning out her home. One, a settee that had been in the entryway of my grandparents first big house. The other is a rocking chair that belonged to my Great Great Grandmother and has rocked at least four generations of my family to sleep as babes.
Both were in various states of disrepair and needed serious TLC. My mom loved both of these pieces and I felt it was my duty to make sure they were taken care of. Thanks to C&S Refinishing, I feel like I have a piece of my mom's soul here in our new home. C&S did the most amazing job refinishing these and for that they are A+ in my book!

C&S have refinished many pieces of furniture handed down through our families that we truly thought were beyond repair. Treasured pieces dating from 1900 and before, that were unfortunately left exposed to the elements, were restored to pristine condition by these artisans! Also this is a family business that cares about their craft and wants their customers to be happy with the results. I highly recommend them!

I got a chair repaired and I was thoroughly unimpressed with their customer service. Their quality of work on the actual chair was good but my wait time to fix a relatively simple issue was two months. I called twice to check in to make sure they weren't running into any issues and both times they nonchalantly told me it would be ready soon. The second time I called they did say it would be ready the next week. Monday rolled around and I didn't hear from them. The following Monday I called and they said it was ready for pickup later that day. I arrived and they searched around for a few minutes

I have a beautiful 1930's deco sofa and chair set, an arm chair and a strait chair that belonged to my grandmother. All were in bad shape and had never been re upholstered before. They were broken down and wore out. I couldn't bare to get rid of them. C&S Refinishing and Upholstery made them show room new again! I was almost in tears on how gorgeous they looked when I got them back! This company is extremely professional, reliable and they stand behind their work. If you have furniture you love and want to preserve, this is the place to take it.

Here is why I think C & S Refinishing & Upholstery is a DISHONEST MERCHANT. I needed some minor touch up and refinishing of a bookcase headboard so I contact C & S. They picked it up and I went to their premises to show them what I wanted done and was assured they would send me a quote. Unfortunately, they did not say WHEN they'd send the quote. After a month of text messaging them and sending detailed picture of what I wanted done I finally received a quote via text message and ok'd the work to be done. 2 months past with no communication from them. After repeated phone call to them, I was told

Words cannot describe how amazing these guys are. I received my family's 1840's Jackson Press in usable condition (sorry, no before images, only after) and decided to have it restored/refinished.
