Joe received a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences from the University of South Florida. He went on to receive his Juris Doctorate from Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville. Additionally, he received his Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Elder Law from Stetson University College of Law. He is admitted to practice in the State of Florida and the Middle District of Florida Federal Court.

A relative named me as Personal Representative of his estate without telling me. I did not find out until a month before he died at which point he was already seriously demented. Thus I had a very difficult task to sort out his affairs. I live in Pennsylvania and I was able to finish the whole thing without traveling to Florida.
