Office never answers the phone I have had a maintenance emergency since Christmas Eve left multiple voicemails….. no one has came out my toilet is broken and leaking water you can not fill it with water because it leaks…. I have left emails to no answer and when I call the office the phone said out of order….. I talked to maintenance when they were outside they said they will talk to the manager three days later I still have not heard anything….. this is a big problem left without a working toilet we are on day 8 now….. I am over it i don’t know what to do no more….

I’ve Lived here in Mariposa for 6 Years.
Never had I had Maintenance come through. Especially to fix an appliance.
My Fridge was old and the seal was broken 3 days later new fridge! Thanks Eddie and Tony.
Dishwasher is broken, so we shall see what happens.
I’m just hoping this momentum can keep going to get this place feeling more like home.

If I could have given no stars I would cause it's far from star worthy. The previous manager Kylie was an excellent manager because it was drug infested and she cleared all of that and added security they left and got there new management and went all the way down hill .management. Now sucks sucks they fix nothing. They have mold, roaches and ants in the apartment and windows doesnt keep heat out so heating bill is always very high. and everything inside is falling apart. They keep saying they are going to do renovation the apartment but the only thing I have seen them renovate is there office

I just moved out of there. They have gang activity. They have fighting drinking and smoking weed in the parking lot. They fired all the black employee. You can't have charcoal grill you can't hang seahawks . Manager stays locked in the office eating pizza. They have a better refrigerator in the office for the employee then the tenants in the homes. Constant ants in the walls .your light bill will be more then 300$ a month Because your windows aren't fully sealed. If you are looking to live in a slum this is the place for you !
