I was crossing Burgundy Street on foot when an erratic and speeding driver hit me bodily, which knocked me to the curb with multiple injuries which caused me to be transported to Tulane Hospital's ER. A few day's later, the driver's insurance company called and sent me a check for $500 which thank goodness t did not cash since it was a sneaky way for Geico to try to settle the case cheaply. A friend recommended that I contact Redmann's offices after my car was rear-ended while I was parked at a light, causing my car to crash into the vehicle in front of me. At the time, just subsequent to the accident, I was a bit reluctant to pursue a case because I felt my injuries were minor. I am so glad my friend persuaded me to go ahead and make the call. As it turned out, there were many lingering effects from the trauma of that double impact. John Redmann is uninvolved with his cases, and the staff not only look unprofessional, but they are unprofessional. The associate attorney, Edward Moreno working on my case, talks to you like you're stupid, and does not take time with you. I wonder if he actually an attorney, because he seems so unknowledgeable. I would never go there again for representation, and definitely would not recommend anyone.
