Absolutely best experience possible. We are first time home-buyers, with a house hunting experience that took nearly a year. At the beginning, Jodie helped walk us through our first estimate line-by-line. Then the PacRim team diligently provided pre-approvals on short notice for the many houses we bid on. Jodie and Jeannie at Pacific Rim Mortgage were PHENOMENAL. From start to finish, they handled everything seamlessly. Jodie is a woman of her word. I rarely write reviews for any one, but I had to do this one because you rarely experience professionalism, dedication and service at work especially in Hawaii. Starting with my granddaughter Ashley working with Jodi and Megan they steered us through a maze of issues and walked us through this loan process insuring that our best interest was the most important factor. Jodi and her team kept us in the loop at all phases of this loan and even steered us to do a VA loan instead of a normal consumers loan, in which we were initially set to do.
