Services
At Little Smiles of Delaware, your children are our number one priority. When compared to a general family dentist, a pediatric dental office is much better prepared to care for your child and his or her unique dental needs. We're also trained to help put children with dental fears or anxieties at ease and make them feel comfortable here at our office.
Here at Little Smiles of Delaware, we offer a full range of pediatric dental care, treatments, services, and procedures. After your child's first appointment, he or she should be visiting our office every six months for a dental cleaning and a thorough checkup. You may also need to bring your child to our office if he or she experiences any toothaches, dental trauma, or other concerns you may have.
Kayla is our amazing office manager. When you first come to Little Smiles of Delaware, Kayla will be there to greet you with a smile and make sure you and your children are comfortable. Kayla has been in the dental field for over 5 years working as a certified dental assistant and coronal polisher and she LOVES working with children.
Here at Little Smiles of Delaware, we believe firmly in patient education. We are asked many questions in our office each day and have compiled a list of the most common pediatric dental queries and their answers. When should children first visit the dentist? The American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry has stated that children first visit their pediatric dentist by the age of one.
Preventative dentistry is the practice of caring for your child's teeth to keep them healthy and prevent the need for dental procedures or treatments, which can be painful or expensive. There are many forms of preventative dentistry, most of which can be performed at home.
This includes brushing at least twice a day with fluoride toothpaste (use an amount the size of a pea for children two years of age or older) for two minutes at a time and flossing each day. Here at Little Smiles of Delaware, we believe that prevention is the best way to ensure a healthy, happy smile for life!

I established all 3 of my children (2yr, 8yr, 11yr) here this week. They were VERY welcoming and got us in and out in great time with being very precise in their job duties. ALL the children left with smiles and said they enjoyed it! Would recommend over and over again ☺️ Thanks for the great experience!!

Absolutely love this office! My kids feel comfortable. The assistants and Dr.Ben are amazing with the kid's. I love the atmosphere as they are always friendly. I was blown away when my son got a cap on his tooth how Dr.Ben later that day texted to check up on him after the procedure. Also great to responding to any concerns quickly. I absolutely hands down would never take my children elsewhere.
