Services
Our cardio area is equipped with two treadmill, a cross-trainer and recumbent bicycle. It is used by clients to warm-up before training sessions as well as on their off days from training. We incorporate all different types of equipment into our workouts in order to keep them fun and challenging, our clients love that workouts are never boring and always have something new.

Our Sport Specific Training provides conditioning programs for sports such as; hockey, soccer, baseball, basketball, football, figure skating, plus many more! The programs for each sport include: functional training, plyometric exercises specific for your sport and stretching exercises, we teach your child about nutrition and recovery routines.
