Dr Mirza, the male one who just got divorced, is an absolute pig. Told my family member she was lying and making things up and recommended she go to church and cook her husband dinner to feel better. While my male family member was treated with respect. I will be reporting him to the state.

The wait to see the Dr. was longer than the consolation.
Kept cutting us off when we was talking or asking qustions. Just no compassion, no answers

I have been coming here one day a week for nearly a year now. I absolutely adore Arnette, Lammy, and Dr. Mirza, and most of the staff. They are each very concerned, caring, and thorough! They take as much time as needed to address any concerns you may have. I wish I could find more medical providers as wonderful as they are! I genuinely appreciate each one of them! I would recommend this practice to anyone needing help with wounds/infectious disease.

Have been a patient for 4 years of quality and kind care. Michael, Dr M and the gals in infusion helped saved my right arm and now my leg; osteomyelitis sucks big time. Illness is a nightmare but having a support team like this one can help ones entire family through these times. 2 thumbs way up

My son has been discriminated against because of age and income in my opinion. Lori has repeatedly been very difficult and has now refused to call in a test that the hospital is wanting to do on my son to save his life. She says that we can't pay for the test and I have cash in the bank. This is income and age discrimination my son could possibly die without this test and she is refusing to give the prescription

Very clean, staff is very friendly and helpful but unorganized and no one seems to know what other people in your treatment planning are doing. Can't tell you how many times i heard "i dont know why they did, said or didn't do something" they get there in the end though. Be prepared to wait a long time to see providers. 1 hr past appointment time occasional . Nice little snack area. Again, people are great and helpful!

The doctors and staff at Ocala Infectious Disease and Wound Center are wonderful. They were able to schedule me to see a doctor quickly and I was soon on a treatment plan (it didn't take weeks to be seen). I had no issues with billing as they worked with my insurance and when I did have a question about my medical care, I was able to reach them and get answers to my questions. Their office is modern, clean, and full of natural light which I appreciate. I highly recommend Ocala Infectious Disease and Wound Center.

Beautiful office and staff is great, especially Lamy. Wait time is always crazy, which they’re pretty up front about but they do nothing proactive to mitigate it, such as if they would call patients who won’t be seen for 2 hours past their appointment time to advise them they could come a little later, for example.
They did provide snacks though, so, 5 stars.

I am so impressed that such a busy practice could give such great care. I have never felt rushed and know I can call at anytime. I have received several phone calls from staff, including doctors to check in. I was at the point in my illness that I thought I would never feel well. I can't believe how far I have come in the short time I have been with Ocala Infectious Disease and Wound Center. I would definitely recommend them.
