Jim & Joe were excellent! They cleaned my husband's beloved 25 year old recliner---looks like new! As well, we have a new very expense American Leather (fabric) queen size sofa bed my large dog urinated on during a thunderstorm. It has a gel mattress and urine went through the cushions and layers of mattress. All stains removed, smells great! Both men hard workers (here over 2 hrs), great communicators... with skills and knowledge to match!

These guys did a fantastic job. I have a white chair that I thought was beyond repair and they brought it back to brand new! My carpets and sofa look amazing too. So impressed by the attention to detail and professionalism. I would definitely recommend and will hire them again.

We call Jim “ the carpet whisperer.” He analyzes each carpet and uses non-toxic cleaning solutions specific to the type of fiber. He identifies pet soiling with a black light and treats those areas with a solution that neutralizes odors and bacteria. We have been using this company’s services since 1989 and have never been disappointed. Our carpets, look as good as new, dry relatively quickly and are soft to the touch. We have also used them to clean upholstery with great results. Highly recommended!

I wish I had taken pictures of our carpet than runs through the living room, dining room, up the staircase and across the upstairs hall way before they were cleaned. The results are amazing. I truly thought we were going to have to replace this 25 year old carpet due to years of dirt and stains. We probably only cleaned them 2-3 times with our bissel. The stains are gone and the carpets look new again. The staircase and living room rugs are the most impressive since they had the most use and stains.
