Prado Services is a full service heating and air conditioning company providing ac repair, furnace repair, preventative maintenance, or a completely new system. We install and repair all brands of air conditioning and heating equipment, but we recommend American Standard because of the high marks earned for performance and reliability.

I wish I had ten Andy Prados! He came highly recommended in Cypress and now I know why. I call him after 7:00 pm the first time and he arrived 20 minutes later to us. Identified the issues, had all the parts on hand, and he's not just sales oriented like most HVAC companies on units that are well outside of their operability. This guy knows his… stuff, doesn't hesitate to fully explain everything and gives you the peace of mind you'd expect from a trusted professional. My A/C unit stopped working and I went through my home warranty company for repairs. They sent out another company who wanted to uncharge me on basic parts.
I was referred to Prado Service by a friend and he immediately came out and diagnosed the issue. He also got my unit up and running immediately until we could get the parts in to schedule a repair.
I absolutely recommend this company to anyone in the area looking for someone trustworthy for their HVAC needs. They could have easily tried to upsell me on a new unit, but he actually talked me out of it because it didn't make sense.

Thank you to Andy and his team for a job well done. They installed a new system for me and I highly recommend him and cannot say enough about how professional and honest he is. Very good detailed work and also affordable. The other quotes I received were for higher cost with lower quality equipment. Very nice job and thanks again!

Andy from Prado Services came out and switched out my entire HVAC system from Carrier to American Standard. The new system is much quieter and more energy efficient. Thanks Andy for all of the rebate and HVAC advice, which saved me $965.00!! I really love the new system and being cool once again! I highly recommend Andy - he is very knowledgeable, has reasonable prices, honest and dependable.

This post is long overdue. We had an leak in our unit upstairs that caused a big mess that resulted in our ceiling caving in. After reading about all of the positive feedback from neighbors, i didn't think twice and called him to come take a look. Andy Prado is extremely professional, nice as can be, and is great at what he does. He is quick to arrive to your home (even on a Saturday night!). I also noticed his truck is well stocked with all of the appropriate tools and parts ready to use, which is hard to say for most a/c repair companies. Pricing is extremely fair and easily explained without any questions or "hidden" fees. When your a/c goes out it is never convenient, so he will make the repair a smooth and quick process.
