I can see why Polar Express is always recommended on FB. My AC stopped working and was quickly up to 85 in the house. Called and they sent someone out very quickly. He saw what the problem was. Fixed it and was gone. I liked it because he did not try to sell me something I really did not need like some other AC companies have in the past. Top rated in my book and would recommend to anyone.

After a couple of company suggested that I really need to replace my unit, I stumbled upon Polar Express and contacted Ben. He first tried to diagnose the problem through text and even suggested a few things that I should try to fix the problem. He then came over at 1900 to check it out. Needless to say, he was able to fix the problem and even gave me pointers on what to do to prevent it from happening again. He earned not only my business but my friends and families’ business as well. Ben, you are a God send!

I have always recommended Ben and Cory over at Polar Express to any of my friends and family.
Not only do they respond back in a timely manner but they are professional, punctual, honest and communicate if they are running late. This is the second time I have had a landlord use them for not only the replacement of the unit on the home I was living in but also for their own needs.

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST A/C COMPANY I HAVE EVER USED !!!!!!! I have had them out several times over the past 5-6 years. Every time, they amaze me even more. Today, I called at 4:50 pm and left a message not expecting to hear from them till Monday. Cory called me back at 5:41 pm and said he would come out to check my a/c after he finished one more call. He came out and checked the unit. He had to replace a burned part and also recharge with freon. By 7:50 pm, the a/c was running, cooling and he was headed to go make even more service calls.

We had an issue with our central AC unit. Just wasn't pushing cold air through. I called Polar Express early morning, and they called back within 20 minutes. We arranged a same day appointment. They arrived right on time. I believe it was Bruce, who quickly noted that the breaker had been tripped. He turned it back on, did a thorough check of the unit, looking for worn wires or other signs of damage. No further problems, so seems we got lucky, and it's functioning again as it should. Bruce said "I just flipped a breaker, no charge." Such a pleasant surprise. These guys are polite

There aren't enough good things I can say about this company! I first contacted them because I read good reviews on my Neighborhood app, and they did not disappoint! They have always been professional, honest, and courteous, and do not price gouge you!! Another company came out and told me I needed a whole new unit for $10k, Bruce came to give me a second opinion, and it was a $200 fix! I ABSOLUTELY recommend this company if you live in the Katy area!

We have used Ben and his team since moving into our home in 2016. They are professional courteous and punctual. If they are going to be late they let you know and in emergencies they come out rain or shine hot or cold. I have tried many different companies and have always been disappointed. Ben and Bruce never talk down to a customer. They educate you and then treat you fairly. They never over pay and go out of their way to help the customer. I will always try to use them where we live in houston. They are what small businesses should be .

These guys rock! Three weeks ago my ac died and my home warranty company assigned a total of 4 companies to try to get this fixed. For one reason or another, things went south. My boss said I should call Ben & Cory at Polar Express - that they would get this remedied and most likely for less money than home warranty folks.
She was right! The 4th company's technician sent by my home warranty decided that the damage was caused by my dogs and subsequently the claim was denied. They wanted a lot of money to replace the whole system. I called Ben for a second opinion He came right out
