I have been going here for years. I always have great service. I was early for my cleaning appointment. The person before me didn't show up and I was able to get in instead of just waiting in the waiting room. I've never been so content with a dental practice! In all my years of searching for an ideal practice that wouldn't make me feel so guilty for not always keeping up with myself.

I only been going to this dentist for about a month in a half. I had 5 appointments with them due to getting two crowns. First appointments I was in there for 4 hours due to having a trainee taking x-rays, filing the temporary cap, etc. Second appointments was the next following day due to temporary cap popped out spend another 4 hours. Third appointment came back for permanent crowns and what happens they did not fit because they did not have a professional/ doctor sizing the tooth another 4 hours of pain while packing the tooth. Fourth appointment I was running 18 min late on a Friday they told

Everyone there is super polite and kind. Dr. Foltz is gentle, kind and thorough. He takes the time to thoroughly explain what is wrong and the best way to repair. I like the way you are treated as a person and not a $$$ sign like you are at the big chain dental offices. Also the office staff did an excellent job explaining the treatment plan and the cost. And WOW they actually have a live person answering after hours calls. I am super impressed with this office and staff!

I have had an awesome experience with this practice after recently switching from my previous dentist of five years. It was a big move for me and I have zero regrets. We love this place! My husband and I have been receiving care at Norcross Dental Associates for many, many years. Dr. Jeff Foltz is outstanding! From routine checkups to specialized treatments, he has always provided complete, competent, and caring in-office service to both of us. Plus, he always calls afterward to make sure our recovery is going well. All the staff are qualified professionals who treat us more like family than customers. It is our pleasure to recommend this practice!!!

After the response I received from my initial review I felt that I really owe this practice (and specifically Dr. Foltz) a follow up.
I was contacted by the office manager regarding what I wrote and as it turns out the dentist who did the crown I had problems with is no longer with the practice. I was able to schedule a follow up consultation with Dr. Foltz and he has done an outstanding job of reaching out and making things right. Unfortunately, there isn't an instant fix for me but Dr Foltz has demonstrated to me that he is committed to seeing it through and for that I am thankful.

I have been extremely pleased with this dental office from the ease of making appointments to the friendly helpful knowledgeable staff and Doctors. What made me write this review was seeing the review of Dr. Asher as I also had a filling done by her and I thought she did a great job. I have a funny bite and TMJ issues and she was very cautious and asked me many times about the comfort of the bite because she wanted it to be done right. She grind it down a little more til it was absolutely perfect. I wonder if her desire to do things cautiously and accurately came across to the other reviewer as
