I've lived here for about 3 months now and 100% regret it. Shelley the leasing agent is very unorganized and has a condescending tone. The handy man sucks and will talk to you like your stupid if he has to come and fix something in your unit. They constantly get complaints, and the neighbors are SO NOISEY. My 6 month old baby gets woken up on a nightly basis because of my neighbors and the office has done nothing about it! Don't move here!!!

My husband and I were supposed to move into fords pointe last month. We had signed all paper work, had insurance, water, and power set up for an apartment. Three days before our first scheduled move in date fords pointe emailed my husband saying the apartment was not ready. We were disappointed, but we agreed to move to similar apartment for the same price. We paid transfer fees for power and got ready to move in. When the time came to move in fords pointe called me notifying my husband and i that the current resident decided not to move a week before we were supposed to move in. We understand

Truly enjoy living here! Have been here since January of this year and have not had any major issues!
At move in our Townhouse was super clean and 100% move in ready. One of my favorite parts about this community is how PET FRIENDLY they are! Seriously it is such a relief knowing I don't have to worry about whether or not my landlords hate me since I have a dog! They are welcoming to my dog just as much as they are to me!
The office staff are extremely helpful and they are very responsive to any inquires I may have! They also are always super nice and never seem irritated whenever I ask for help

We have been eyeing this place for a couple years and finally moved in on the 19th this month. The wait was well worth it! The entire staff was supremely helpful from initial inquiry to move in day.
Brittany, Shelley, and Tammy were extremely helpful via messenger, email, and calls in assisting with questions and concerns I've had through the entire process. The community is quiet, the grounds are well-kept and clean, the maintenance people are also friendly and super helpful, and there is plentiful parking right next to our front door.

Quiet community, but parking is a mess. They tell you its first come...first served. Some units have multiple cars, and several guests. With the amount of rent you pay, there should be at least one for sure spot in front of your door. Expect your rent to go up everytime you renew your lease. People speed through the complex, and they tell you to inform them when it happens, but nothing is still done about it. Oh yeah be prepared to step in plenty of dog crap. This will motivate you to purchase a home.

This placed ended up being a life saver for us. We relocated from Missouri to Georgia right in the middle of the pandemic this year. We needed to find a short-term rental (three months) while we looked for a home to buy. Fords Pointe offered everything we needed, and then some.
Most of the units are townhomes, so you're not having to deal with upstairs or downstairs neighbors, though the folks at Fords Pointe are very considerate.
Our two bedroom townhome had just been refurbished when we moved in, with new paint and a new carpet. The few times we needed help from maintenance, they were over

I required a short term lease as a searched and went through the process of buying a home here in Savannah. I am so relieved and glad I chose FP as ginger and my home for a few months. The entire staff is kind, helpful, and understanding. They’re all dog lovers and give our military and healthcare workers props. I loved it there, I recommend it to anyone. Bravo 👏! Thanks guys.

My husband and I have really enjoyed our time here at Fords Pointe. For it to be the first time for us to ever live in a townhouse or apartment setting our experience is been really good. The rooms in the townhouses are spacious and look really nice. We decided to upgrade to a bigger townhouse the ladies in the office were wonderful. They helped us through the process and were very accommodating. I am so thankful for an amazing maintenance here at Fords Pointe. When you put a work order they come quickly and take care of the issue even if it is the weekend. I have experienced such great service

My family and I lived here from Nov. 2008 to 2013. We moved out and 6 years later in Feb of 2019 we moved back in. The staff have always been great and we love living here. The maintenance staff Shane and Troy we have known from the past they are dedicated workers. The office staff are all new but they have treated us like they have known us for years. My family and I believe this is one of the Better places to live here in Savannah. As for the new office staff Shelly, Kaitlyn, and Brittney. Wonderful staff ( They are like Social Workers very helpful and caring.

Me and my husband have lived here for over a year now, we just renewed our lease for another year! We both enjoyed how they gave us the option on how we wanted to rent again... we could have rented by month, three months, six months, eleven months or twelve months! With us renewing the lease they are carpet cleaning our carpets, we also get a new sink faucet and a nest thermostat. We also get to pay rent online so it’s very convenient for us! Every time you renew with them... you get to choose a couple things from a list that you can upgrade too. also every time there has been a maintenance issue

I stayed at Fords Pointe for a year (2014 - 2015) and wish with all of my heart that I still lived there. The staff were fantastic, they were always friendly and took care of any questions or concerns we had immediately. They even called me one time to let me know I had a package delivered two weeks prior just to make sure I knew it was there. Maintenance issues were always handled promptly, most of the time the same day we requested it.

My husband and I use to live here in these Town homes and loved some parts and hated some things too. First off, we love the space we get living here and the back door where my dog has a small area to do his business. That was a plus for us since most apartments you do not have that open space. They also have a decent fenced in dog park.
Staff seems friendly and always takes care of our needs when we had a maintenance issue.
However, a few months of living here we noticed horrible cigarette smoke coming from the vents.(we changed our filter very often, and that did not help).. We were NOT told
