The Aspen Alps Condominiums property is situated on 7 and a half acres nestled in the heart of Aspen, yet it feels remote. The serenity of the Aspen Alps is just steps away from town, and right next to Aspen Mountain, with the gondola conveniently next to the Alps. Some apartments on the hill-side have ski-in and ski-out access.
Newly updated or remodeled two, three, and four bedroom condominiums, individually styled condos that make your winter or summer vacation a truly luxurious experience. Slope side and town side make these locations the most convenient for you. The pictures shown are a sampling of deluxe accommodations.
The Aspen Alps has condominiums that are dog friendly. The Aspen Alps requires prior notice of the dog's arrival for approval. A consent form will need to be signed by the dog owner and a non-refundable dog cleaning charge will be charged, starting at $250 for the stay, depending on the size of the apartment.
Anyone whom has ever come to Aspen in the summer, will know that you will not want to leave! This is a true story of many local Aspenites. If you haven't ever been, you should come! There are many outdoor activities to partake in, from biking, hiking, exloring the wonderful mountains and the outdoor dining.

Staff was very helpful and accommodating to my families needs! They helped us make a fire because the previous night the we had problems with smoke and they offered to move us to another unit until smoke cleared. They are also right next to aspen mountain and Ajax so it’s very convenient for skiing, shopping, and good restaurants within walking distance. Definitely recommend staying here!

Unit 806 was true ski in ski out.. right from the scenic back porch. The staff was helpful, friendly and not intrusive. lots of steps up from the parking area but the staff helped us move in a Yukon XL full of ski stuff. The hot tube and heated pool were a plus. the unit was quite and uber convenient to walking about town.

I've noticed the spa walking by several times as we regularly stay at the Gant just down the way. I had a really bad crash on the mountain yesterday causing my neck to be very sore and my hand. So I decided to call them to book a massage, never been there before so they assigned me to who was available at the time. A girl named Rosey. That ended up being the best massage I could've ever received for an injury on the mountain. Rosey is An athlete herself and understands the types of injuries that happen from crashes. She's an amazing Pilates instructor mountaineer and much more. Her

The massage was average at best, the facility was cold and the steam room and sauna didn't work. All in all a very disappointing experience. When we got there nobody was at reception and we had to wait an age and eventually had to hunt someone down. All of this this would have been annoying at the best of times but this cost $$$$$$$$$. STAY AWAY!

Came with friends on a couples ski trip and couldn't have stayed at a better place! We had the most beautiful condo with our back door open to Aspen mountain! Great location! We walked to dinner every night and it was perfect! The bellman guys that took care of us were the best there has ever been, especially paschal! He is the bomb! The best host to such an charming city! Can't wait to come back!
