Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is considered by many to be one of the most effective forms of self-defense on the planet. The icing on the cake is that it is incredibly fun as well. Our students are of all ages, shapes, sizes, and backgrounds. We have a place in our family just for you. We train in gi, no-gi, and street clothes.
Not at all. All experience levels, shapes, sizes and ages are welcome. Every beginning student is encouraged to start at an easy pace and to take breaks as necessary. Our goal is to help you attain your own personal goals. The only way to do that is through safe training, encouragement, and support.

Professor Lopez is absolutely a great instructor! What sets him apart from others is his communication skills and teaching of techniques! Professor Lopez is detailed and constantly watching, correcting and interacting with his students! Professor Lopez has a great personality as he is down to earth and caring as it relates to each individual need and progression in the art of Jiu jitsu! Lastly, his hands on approach and actually rolling with his students is a treat! Great studio over all as fellow students are kind and no attitudes which is representative of leadership from Professor Lopez!

The community of Yucaipa has scored by having Carlos open up a dojo. Carlos is a high-level BJJ practitioner with a solid background in wrestling. His well-rounded background and teaching style produces the highest level of instruction for yourself; additionally, If you have children, I can't emphasize enough what a difference a steady diet of exercise and martial arts instructions under a highly competent instructor makes. The investment in time and money is well worth it. The dojo is small and the people are really friendly and the workout gets addicting quick.

My son has been in the jiu jitsu class for almost 18 months now. I can not say enough about Carlos or Sirai. They are patient, attentive and experienced instructors. Carlos has competed at the highest levels, but he is very humble, yet makes sure that quiet discipline and respect is taught to all of his students. That's not an easy task with children. But, they both are very skilled at it. My sons self esteem has grown immensely and Carlos has fostered that with his instruction. Highly recommend Eagle BJJ for whatever classes you may want. They offer a variety including jiu jitsu, kickboxing
