Hired Aqua Buddy several months ago. The first month they were Ok, but then he started skipping days. I would call a few days later when the pool started to turn green, and they would insist that he had been there, but he had not. I'm retired and home all day. He would tell me that he was sending someone right out, but it would take several days and repeated phone calls. The last time he was here was on Tuesday. Two guys came to clean the pool, and it was starting to turn green when they arrived. two days later the pool is still green and getting worse. I called today to complain, and was

I called Aqua buddy and set up pool service for my vacation home in Fort Lauderdale. I gave them my credit card number so that they could do reoccurring charges. I left town for six weeks and when I returned my pool was green and there was lots of leaves, palms, and dirt in the bottom of it. I call them, I left a message, and nobody returned my phone call. I called them again, a few days latter, and the guy who answered said they would send somebody out right away. Nobody ever showed up. I cancelled my service and they charged my credit card for two months of services. I called them to dispute

Fernando just left my house after an under water diamond bright pool patch. He was very efficient and the color is a VERY close match. Trying to find a business that would do this service was not easy, they all tried to get me to redo the whole pool which was not in my budget at this time. The best part, the price was great. I'd recommend them for a patch in a heartbeat.

We bought a home in May 2017. We got a referral from a friend for Aqua Buddy for pool maintenance services. I called and spoke with Ingo, inquired if they maintained saltwater pools like ours, he assured me that they do, so I got set up with service. The first couple of times, they came on Monday,so by the time the weekend came around, the pool was dirty.
I called back and requested service on Thursday or Friday, as I usually travel for work during the week and look forward to coming home to a clean pool. I was told that they would agree to that.
The last time they came was Tuesday of last week

We had been using Aqua Buddy for about 2.5 years at our current location. They advertise that they will come the same day every week for consistency. This was great for us because we have a big dog and a doggy door that he uses all day when we aren't home. He could be agressive if a stranger enters our yard when we aren't home. Because we knew which day Aqua Buddy was going to come every week, we could make sure the doggy door was locked and the dog was inside to avoid this. They started coming on different days of the week without telling us first and started missing days sometimes.

Waste of money. I was paying them monthly while living out of state and no one was taking care of my pool. It got so green and nasty that I had to replace the motor in my pool pump. When I asked why no one was taking care of my pool for months the lady said oh I'm sorry we had hired an independent contractor and a lot of people had complained that he wasn't showing up. Never offered to reimburse my money or work anything out. Never again! Do not use them! Very shady business and they just don't care about customer service .
