If I could leave 0 stars I sincerely would because this business needs to be locked down. I have had 4 different technicians show up to clean my pool, literally spend 10 minutes walking around, and LEAVING TRASH IN MY YARD, before they left and demanded payment. No work done and not even a single shred of professionalism when I contacted them about the poor delivery of service. Furthermore during my call with one of the reps, the lady basically told me to f*** off and hung up the phone. This is literally a scam service buyer beware.

I live in a rental property managed by invitation homes in Hollywood Florida
Bees pool service is supposed to clean my pool every week
They don’t do anything. I have to keep calling my rental management company to get anything. Done
The pool flitter was never cleaned and has mould in it
They never answer their phones
I think they are just collecting pool service money from invitation homes but no service is provided

William the person who "cleans" my pool is the worst when he shows up. The return basket is never emptyed and when it is it's emptyed in my landscaping rocks. He's broke my fence gate TWICE, dirt on my stairs and in the bottom of the pool all winter. I've attempted to call several times and I get no answers or return call. Save yourself the headache call someone else.
