Sylvia did an outstanding job selling my home. She was extremely knowledgeable about the local market. The home was marketed prefectly, so that it sold in a timely fashion without sacrificing on price. I was constantly given updates on any activity. I was an out of town owner of a condo in Clear Lake. For years my tenants were fantastic and repairs to the condo were minimal and usually just normal wear and tear. I finally decided to sell it and contacted Sylvia, which I had contacted years before to help me find a tenant.
