I purchased a used vehicle from Hillyer's and it was a fantastic experience. They answered my zillions of questions with patience,, kindness and knowledge. If my sales person (Jorge) didn't know the answer, he kindly referred me to the person who did. I really appreciated the very present and invested attention I received from each staff member I interacted with. Our older F150 broke down on I-5 near Woodburn and we asked the tow truck driver to take us to the nearest Ford dealer, which happened to be Hillyer's Mid-City Ford. We were greeted by the Service Manager Alex, who had our pick-up looked at immediately and evaluated. The spark plug had blown out of the head and while there was a possibility of repairing the threads, before spending money on the old rig we decided to see what they had for sale.

False advertisement on lease special . Salesman was great / professional . Feel he was not notified of the current special Ford was offering . I told him what I received in a mail flyer . 36 month lease on XLT 4x4 for certain price . He leaves and comes back with a print out showing same info but states it is for a 2x2....uhh I can see 4x4 on what you just showed me.

Worst experience with the dealership I have ever had in my 69 years of living. I have bought several cars from this dealership and I was always treated fairly not this time! The salesman took of dad age of our situation and gave us below market value for our trade-in and wanted to charge me full retail for their new car. And then he pressured me into buying warranty coverage I did not want. If I could've walked away at that point I would have I will never ever go back to this dealership again. I didn't buy my car at Hilyers Mid City Ford. I did have an oil leak fix that was under warranty. I made an appointment and brought in my car. They helped me right away, they said they would call then the car was done. Three hours later and no call, so I called them. They said about another half hour. So I showed up and my car was sitting out front. I went inside and no one is to be found. My keys are sitting on the counter with a business card next to them. About ten minutes later someone showed up and hand me my keys and the card. He told me to call him if I had any problems. They did fix
