I found the car I wanted at Withnell, they made the price I was looking for happen without fuss, I had to drive 60 miles to do it, but it was worth it. I have never been treated so well as Brent treated me today. I bought a used pickup and needed to trade in my car. I traveled from Oregon City so I did not want to play any games and Brent totally treated me with respect and was able to get everything done in about 2 hours.
I would highly recommend Brent and Withnell Dodge in Salem. It is worth the drive! I'm soo glad I got a car that I love thanks to Freddie. We told him what we were looking for and right away he showed us a few cars, and I found the one! And a few days later he texts me to see if I had any questions about my car - who does that?

NEVER GIVE YOUR BUSINESS TO WITHNELL MOTOR COMPANY, specifically WITHNELL HYUNDAI. I have bought 3 cars from them, multiple members of my family were referred to them and bought cars, oh, and my ex worked there for YEARS as top salesman. My car is having issues and needs to get in for service. I call… service is closed until Monday. Fine. I can get… my car towed there and wait for service Monday. We brought our RV, which is on a 3500 promaster chassis, here for service from the coast because no place out this way had a lift that could handle the vehicle. Wilson down in Corvallis can also handle large vehicles, but they were initially an extra two weeks out for an appointment.
It took a couple visits to sort out the issue, because it was a bit of a weird one, but they eventually got us fixed up. Byron was a very helpful and communicative service advisor.

We have been doing business with them for over 5 years. Today we brought our car in for an oil change. We have to wait in the showroom in their waiting area. After 30 minutes it is so cold in here that my fingers and feet hurt. We told them but the heat was not turned up. We had this same problem last time we brought the car in. There is no reason for it to be this cold in here especially after we told them.

Not really thrilled with the follow through of thos company, got a great deal on a car, but what was promised was did not happen. Referral credits is the biggest issue. They promise you referral "bonus" , and so I did. Sent 2 people they both bought, I asked my sales man several times for the bonus, and nothing ever came of it. Its been over 3 months and nothing, not bonus not even a hey were working on it. Wont sent referrals again!
I made several attempts to my sales person and never got anywhere for well over a month.
So update ! Wish I could make this a zero star !

WORST service didn't make an appointment (cause I didn't plan on my car battery dying) came in first thing in the morning to hopefully maybe get it fixed or At least a better attitude
Anyway called WILSONVILLE and they were able to fit me in on account of the emergency. Worth the drive go there to avoid here

Chris garbs!!! Helped us find a vehicle we liked and let us drive out with it same day. Very friendly. Only 3 stars because everyone there wasn't as friendly as he was and we were not able to do in house financing because of the ITIN. Having to go back and forth with the credit union and being bugged about having the check ready for the dealer was inconvenient.

Have been taking my 2014 Ram 3500 to Withnell for service and pm since purchased from them. Here are my issues with there service.
1. They have performed every oil and fuel filter change but 2. Every time I would question when do we change filters and fluids in the transmission? The fellow who took care of the department at that time reassured me not until 90000 miles? I trusted him to have knowledge of what was being told. Big mistake as purchased this vehicle to tow with. When discovered this was BS approached service manager who had the shop perform a transmission flush at no charge

Customer service used to be amazing...what happened!? Ive had the worst experience in the service department department than Ive had in a long time. As a longtime, multiple vehicle customer, Id expect better treatment and respect. Not the terrible attitude and condescending treatment of Eva and the others in the service area. Withnell wants to keep my car for service, but then charge me for a loaner? Isnt that part of my extended warranty package I paid for? Or is that too much for Byron to look into since they are too busy? Maybe the money you made when I bought my trucks wasnt enough to cover

Surprised to see so many bad reviews! Helped by Freddy Cruz. We have been looking for a mini van around $14,000. Multiple places kept showing us $25,000 vehicles. Freddy took us straight to the vehicle in our range, we test drove it, and we're very happy with it.
At the end of the night he reviewed our paperwork, and noticed the financial lady Gayle (also very helpful) hadn't listed a 2nd key fob, ran back and fixed our paperwork. Very impressed.
