Portland & Lake Oswego Mental Health Therapist
As a Professional Life Coach and Executive Coach, for over 23 years I have dedicated my life to the betterment of individuals, relationships and various small and large companies. After graduating from SUNY Stonybrook with a Bachelors Degree in psychology I proceeded to Hofstra University to earn my Masters Degree in Psychology and Systems Theory.

I am a Masters Level Life and Executive Coach and have been featured on a prime time radio show. Our work together will be a collaborative approach. Coaching is a means to get you to the place where you can begin listening to the answers you already have and working towards making them a reality. You will learn new tools as well as learn how to let go of your old tools.
Services
A life coach definition can vary depending on what your specific goals are. A Life Coach encourages and counsels clients on a range of professional and personal issues. Life coaching is distinct from giving advice, consulting, counseling, mentoring and administering therapy. You would hire a coach to help you with specific professional projects, personal goals and transitions.
Today, many people are working in stressful and high demanding work environments, where burnout can become common place. It is imperative for people to find work/life balance, re-find their connection to their work and learn stress reduction techniques. Quality companies are realizing the importance of investing in their hard working staff and these services are rarely part of their benefit package.
Corporate Culture Development, Staff Retention Methods, Individual Executive Coaching Sessions with Leadership Staff Members, Maximizing Staff Performance and Outcomes, Assistance with Interviewing/screening best fit applicants. Gary Fink, MA, works with various companies both locally and nationally focusing on development of corporate culture, staff retention and getting the most out of your valued and hard working staff.
2 things must happen to reach your goals. The first is the easy one, trying something new and taking calculated risks. The second one, the not so easy one, is letting go of your familiar place and the tools you have developed over many years that kept you where you are. Humans are incredible creatures of habit.

I can not recommend Gary Fink highly enough. We had a great connection right away. He truly “gets it” when it comes to cutting through the noise to get to real solutions. I’ve been able to accomplish my personal and professional goals through my work with him. Amazing experience for me
