Got Tom's information from a friend, needed help with getting new carpet installed. Tom was great! Came out measured and brought samples to me. I had questions and concerns about the carpet cause I have a wheelchair in the home, Tom answered all my questions and gave me reassurance on my choice. I had recently had a hard time with other local businesses trying to get answers, carpet samples and appointments for estimates, but Tom made it easy and explained everything. His team was in and out in 2 days. I've gotten a lot of compliments on the carpet and how clean the installation looks

These are before and after photos of one of the rooms in our house. Our Berber carpets are 21 years old, and have only been professionally cleaned one other time, probably within the first few years of buying our home. Tom really outdid himself and truly did spectacular work considering what he was up against. We have had many cats over the 21 years, and raised 2 children in our home of 3 generations, and there were untreated coffee and wine spills in the photos below. Thank you, Tom, for making us feel proud to have company over to visit again. Tom is the best there is!

Tom & Norene were excellent. Trust me, you can trust them to do the job right! They were on time, friendly, and had very clean equipment. I was very happy with their services, and would definitely use them and recommend them to my neighbors. Much better than the big brands who try to get in and out as quickly as possible, while charging you every step of the way.

Tom has been cleaning our carpet for more than 7 years now, and he cleaned my mother's carpet for many years before that. He does excellent work and always makes our carpet look fresh and new.
We appreciate that Tom has given us specific advice which has helped our carpet last longer. He's always polite, professional, and is a fellow animal lover who enjoys talking about dogs.
Tom is flexible with scheduling, shows up on time, and always sends a reminder. His rates are reasonable and he always says to give him a call if we ever have any issues with his services (we haven't).

We've used Tom for floor-cleaning for about 8 years now. Throughout, he has been extremely professional, reliable, and thorough. Mechanical and chemical carpet cleaning requires both the right equipment and real thought about how to get the most out of that equipment. Tom has both.
We have 3 kids and a dog, and we are always amazed at how much better he can make our floors look when we were on the verge of simply replacing them. Cannot recommend him highly enough. Simply the best.
