We have a 8 month old puppy.....we all know they tend to have accidents at first. Darin was able to get rid of the pee stains and the odor. On top of that our carpet had not been cleaned in about 2 years so it was looking really grey in the main traffic areas of our home . It now is back to the original cream color. Darin was very helpful with… suggestions on keeping our carpet clean and what to use and do for any future puppy accidents. Extremely happy with results! Stanley Steemer came to my house and left my carpets smelling gross. Darin came and not only got the stains out that the other guy left behind but left my carpets smelling amazing as well as looking new! He showed up when he said he would, did a great job of getting rid of some pet stains in our carpet and made it as well as our off white sectional sofa look new again. He also did a rug that we hadn't requested as he thought when he sprayed his magical mix of whatever he uses on the couch, that it would over spray on to the rug. I asked him how often we should have it cleaned and he told me the manufacturer says once a year. So I already have it in my calendar to contact him a year from now.

Tully Carpet Cleaning is absolutely the best. I tried other companies and this company is by far the best. Darin arrived on time and my carpets CLEAN! I've used other companies and been a victim of extreme upsale tactics. This did not happen with Tully and I was pleasantly surprised! Definitely will be using them from now on.

Let's put it this way... We rescued a new puppy a few months ago and she was not potty trained. We have urine stains everywhere despite cleaning up after her. My little girl got nail polish in her room, and the last carpet cleaner couldn't get them out.

Arlo Tully is definitely the "go to guy" for carpet cleaning. I have more than an average amount of carpet, about 2500 sq. ft., and have had several different cleaning services over the years, so know what to expect in price and service. This time I had one other price/service estimate. They quoted a price that was three times more than Tully and a time estimate of two days. Tully did the job in about five hours.
