Microblading is a form of tattooing that mimics the look of your natural brow hair and typically lasts about 1-3 years. It's a two-step process the first time that you get microblading. I had my brows microbladed here recently. Here is the good, the bad, and the ugly of my experience:
The salon was clean and the service was relatively inexpensive (note to self: NEVER cheap out on this sort of stuff!), there were detailed AFTERcare instructions provided, they listened when I brought up my concerns, the shape of the brow, as they first appeared, wasn't bad, the color was swatched on my skin before any tattooing was done, and she numbed my brows VERY well - there was little to no pain or discomfort.
Now, for the bad.
When I had initially made the appointment, I explained

I had microblading done and I cannot speak highly enough about the entirety of this process! It was not over-priced, the staff is wonderful, and I am so pleased with the end product. They look natural yet full so I feel more polished without a stitch of makeup. If you are looking to get microblading (I was initially hesitant) this is where you want to go! Julie is a perfectionist, which is what you want for this procedure and I am just so happy with my new look! Thank you Nia Clinic.

Alexa is the absolute SWEETEST! She truly cares about not only your skin but you as a person. You’re not just another person walking through the door. She explains the whole process in detail and makes sure you are completely at ease. I absolutely adore the treatment I got from Dr. Kathleen Boyle. She did an amazing job on my fillers but the best part of my experience was that she is the most hospitable doctor I have ever met. I was very nervous being new to injectables but she made it so easy going and very relaxing. I've heard from my other friends that they're experience was not so fortunate with the same hospitality as mine from the med spa's that they went to. I can't wait to go back for more and other spa treatments!

I decided to get versa lip fillers here and I have to say I am very pleased with my experience!! Not only were the employees very professional & welcoming , they were some of the nicest girls I have ever met! Dr. Boyle sat me down and listened to what I wanted and she did a very good job at explaining the process. I will definitely be returning for another round! :)

A great place to get revitalized! Alexa(no relation to the computer gal) worked her magic on me again today. Alexa may be young but she knows her stuff when it comes to skin treatments. I started going to see her after many years of sun damage. I think she has knocked about 10 yrs. off my age!! My dermatologist commented on the great work she did on my face and said it was very beneficial for me to let Alexa work her magic on me before having the "blue light" treatment at the dermatologists. The Nia Clinic is great and I highly recommend it!
