The place is beautiful the staff is nice, that being said, I had a 1:00 appointment and waited til 1:30, not one person came into the waiting area to talk to me. If a Tech. is running late that happens but they needed to communicate something to me. I left and never even received a call about that fact.

I just moved down here this year and to be honest haven’t had any luck with facials until I found this place. Nadia is amazing!!! Listens to concerns and explained in detail. I actually have another appointment booked for this month just before the holidays. Sandy is not only beautiful(my goal is to have my skin half as nice as hers) but super knowledgeable. I’ve gotten Botox several times throughout the years and this was the first time I upped my game and went with other fillers. She made simple suggestions without being offensive. Just got my cheekfiller done and botox. I am always afraid to try a new place because I just moved to North Port. OMG I found my new medspa! Cheeks are a sculpture process and Simply Renew made my cheeks so cute! I have been to about 6 other med spas in Florida, and this place is now my absolute favorite. Very serene and the highly-qualified injector is VERY informative with any questions you may have!!! They offer so much more and I am excited to try their other experiences. Thank you, Renew!

This place is just wonderful! The ambience is welcoming, everything is spotless clean and every single staff member is soo sweet. Sandy is beyond exceptional at what she does! She takes her time to explain everything in detail, she's highly skilled in her trade and she's just an all around wonderful person. I am so happy I found this med spa and will be a return client.

Let me tell you about this spa. It is gorgeous, immaculate and Sandi is a remarkable injector and facialist. One more thing, besides making me look beautiful after losing my husband 8 weeks ago what she charged me made my mouth drop. When I asked her how could she charge me so little she replied, "you need to have someone take care of you after all you've been through" You can be very sure that you are not only getting the best of the best, you are getting a business owner and woman who has the touch of an artist and a heart of gold

Zero stars! Horrible horrible place. Terrible people and service. I walked in and then quickly walked out, and this is after waiting 2 weeks for an appointment and driving from Sarasota. I hope they go bankrupt and close!! Boycott this dump! Save yourselves and your money. I intend to tell everyone I can how I was treated. Completely unprofessional ignorant rude staff. I wish them all the worst ALWAYS in all ways! This place needs to be shut down asap.
