We strive to balance the commitment to our mission with maintaining the safety and health of our staff and individuals served. We have increased office sanitation practices, allowed employees to work off-site, postponed our Day Programs, and started offering telehealth or telephonic services where permitted.

Services
Those with severe disabilities need the most support and compassion in our community, yet too often the services they receive are unreliable or insufficient. Providers, hospitals, and rehabilitation agencies are always in need of a collaborative partner to help consumers get back on their feet - and stay there.
PDG and PDGRS offer an extensive array of quality behavioral health services throughout Central Maryland, ranging from case management to self-employment. We partner with dozens of local and national organizations to achieve the highest levels of efficacy and excellence in our services. Consumers, employees, and partnering organizations alike can expect professionalism, empathy, communication, and dedication from our services and staff.
In 1993, Morris created PDG, Inc. with the goal of fostering self-employment and entrepreneurship for people with disabilities. Discovering that he had clients in common with his wife Sondra, Morris made the fearless decision to join forces. Today, the ever-expanding PDG family provides a comprehensive array of behavioral health, case management, and vocational services throughout the Baltimore-Washington area.
Gelisia was 23 when she learned about PDG's services. At the time, she was living in a shelter with her 1-year-old son. She'd found herself there after leaving an abusive environment and didn't know where to go next. As you might expect, Gelisia struggled with severe anxiety and constant depression.
PDGRS has a long, proven history of helping those with severe disabilities live and work independently in our Maryland communities. The PDGRS goal is always to transform individuals from consumers of government services into economically self-sufficient and taxpaying citizens. PDGRS needs your support to continue providing these crucial services.
