Combine that with a passion for wine and the love for family and you begin to understand how this runs through my soul. I really believe that wine is grown, not made. Michelangelo said "every block of stone has a statue inside, and it is the task of the sculptor to discover it." I believe the winemaker reveals the wine in the same way a sculptor reveals the statue.
Most wineries in the United states are first generation businesses. Only a very few pioneers have passed the torch on to the next generation of winemakers. The ones who have figured out the best grapes to grow are truly pioneers. They have tried many and figured out that one or two grapes that are best defined by their specific terroir.

Please call 603-421-4675 for same day reservations. We ask that you abide by our reservation timeline for both arrival and departure. We are often at 100% capacity and others are eager to enjoy the experience of our spaces and our wines. If you show up with more than 8 people without proper arrangements, you will be asked to visit another time.
Every wine grape has the potential to make a good wine. We grow these grapes to the level of ripeness than sometimes pushes them too far. We work with other growers who also look mother nature straight in the eyes and wait for the best moment to harvest the grapes. Weather or disease pressure can quickly ruin the grapes.
Actually, we're holding out for our club members. You see, we sometimes have very limited vintages that we hold back for our club members. We want to make sure our best customers get access to our wines - especially our low production wines - before anyone else does. We also make these wines available to our members after they are no longer generally available at the winery.

We love Appolo wines, especially Jammin' and the Red One. We are part of the wine club...it's a good deal! The employees make our visit lots of fun by their sense of humor as well as their attention to detail. Mike's vineyard and the patio area make for a beautiful way to spend some time outdoors enjoying the fruit of the God's. 😉

What an absolutely charming and beautiful vineyard! The wines are spectacular... well balanced, crafted with minimal chemical intervention, pure, clean, and exceptionally high quality. Excellent selection including multiple sparkling wine selections. The staff is second to none in terms of attentiveness and friendliness. They are incredibly welcoming and provide top notch service. Finally, their outdoor seating among the grapevines is absolutely lovely. Beautiful and relaxing... exactly how you'd want to spend a day off enjoying wines crafted with pride. I highly suggest a visit here and am looking

I have never experienced such a poor winery experience like I did here on Sunday 8/15/21. A large group of friends and myself had a reservation to celebrate a good friend‘s birthday, to taste wines and relax. The picnic style was recommended to us by the winery, which we were told we could order cheese boards when we call the day prior to enjoy at this picnic style wine experience, come the day of our reservation the winery was “out” of the cheese boards and offered no food or appetizers in place of the promised food. We felt extremely rushed throughout the entire day. Our group wanted to

My husband and I recently got married at Appolo Vineyard! Mike did a wonderful job working within our budget, while making sure our needs were met. We were looking for a small intimate setting for our ceremony and mini reception. This venue met all our our expectations for our big day, from the friendly staff, to the beautiful grounds, and tasty wine and treats. We also had elderly grandparents who attended and Mike was very accommodating!
The only thing we didn’t think of until it was an “issue” for our grandparents the day off was the restroom situation. There are only portable restrooms

The wine range was good although not a lot of red wines available. The day was gorgeous and I loved how the tables were set up to look over the vineyard. Parking is off the road and the only bathroom is a PortAPotty. It was insanely busy so I think they should had more than 2 people serving wine. But the ladies helping were really nice and helpful. Make sure to make a reservation!! Charcuterie board and one other thing on the food menu. Overall a fun thing to experience!

Hubby and I came all the way from Brooklyn, NY to come to this vineyard. We had a week without the kids and decided to do something new and spontaneous I found this place on Groupon and decided to give a shot. We came to the right place!! Anna was so gracious and knowledgeable (she is a chemist!) and explained each and every wine, how it's made, the fermentation process, how the flavors even get into the wines, etc. Now we can make much smarter decisions when picking a wine in a restaurant or winery! We tasted every wine they have and bought 8 wines . Our favorite is their new sparkling ros

Our family of four visited this vineyard on Sunday to celebrate both Father's Day and a birthday. We arrived around 1:30 and were pleased to see only one other party on the patio. Even though it was very hot and sunny, we all were able to find comfort in 1 of the 4 standing tables under a large umbrella. Before we started tasting, the owner, Mike, actually stopped by to say hello and tell us more about his vineyard.
The tasting itself was fun and our host talked us through the wines and the best order to taste. A wine tasting for 3 wines was $5 and 6 wines was $10. We also ordered a charcuterie

We've made a point of checking out NH wineries when I visit the last few years, and we explored this one on a recent visit. The spot is nice, small and well-decorated. The owner and staff were quite friendly, and the wines are growing right there on the property. Ultimately, the wine left something to be desired, from the dry options up through the sweet ones, but worth a stop to fully experience the NH wine scene.
