Have called multiple times inquiring about the status of my application. After receiving a phone call, and finally submitting my application, I received an email ("welcome home" email) stating I need to pay $395 to secure my unit. It was paid immediately, and within 30 minutes of paying the fee, Shadowridge called me to inform me that 1. I did not meet the requirement for the lease, and 2. Denied knowledge of requesting the payment of $395. I have been waiting for a manager to call back, and have yet to hear anything. Please be aware and confirm the fees due prior to making payment. I've lived here for 2 years and really regret it. My microwave has been broke for nearly a week along with dryer issues. Put a request in and heard nothing for 2 days and can't get anyone to answer a call. Went by office Saturday and a lady called maintenance and they said it was scheduled for Sunday. That came and went. Left a message at office. No call back to me Monday and still no repair done. Thank goodness they lost my paperwork to renew(seriously). And can't wait to move out of here.

Love the staff, safe neighborhood, nice views from some units, nice community, ample parking, quiet except living close to Melrose Dr as the windows are from the 80s, and close to everything you would need or want. Apartments are actually clean upon moving in. Just renewed for a second year. No regrets

I've lived here for 3 years and management has changed so many times. I do not know why it constantly changes but it would be nice to see the same face you come to have a relationship with. Fred is great and the only one that greets residents outside of the office but since covid I haven't seen him. Lately the landscape is horrible, dead grass, garbage overflow, spider webs everywhere, exterior lights that are out, rotted patio and siding, dead leaves and branches everywhere and I've even seen a dead rat laying around. It was a lot nicer up to 1 year ago. For the amount of rent I'd expect a lot

My moving out experience was absolutely outstanding, I cannot stress this enough Fred made everything go so smoothly and nicely. He answered all my questions and was straight forward with the answers. When it came to checking out and leaving he was very generous and nice. I recommend talking to Fred when it comes to asking questions or anything. Fred is the man !!!!!

I moved in this apartment complex in November, so far I love so many thanks about it. Great and safe location, parks, amenities, and great management team. I feel that I constantly have something that I need help with or explanation, or whatever else. I can be a bit of a pain...Lol so definitely helps when management is reliable and helpful. Fred was absolutely amazing to work with. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and always on top of everything! Such a pleasure to work with.
