Hiring an experienced Texas DWI attorney is critical if you have been arrested and charged with DWI. Do not face the courts without experienced representation. Driving While Intoxicated (DWI) is an offense that no one wants to experience. It's a mistake that happens to many people and if you are facing a DWI charge in Texas, your personal freedom can be at stake.
A conviction for possession of a controlled substance in Texas requires that a prosecutor prove that a defendant knowingly and intentionally possessed a controlled drug for which the defendant did not have a valid prescription at the time of the arrest.
A conviction for the manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance in Texas requires proof that a defendant transferred or offered to transfer a controlled substance, drug paraphernalia, or a counterfeit controlled substance to another person ("delivery"), or produced or prepared a controlled substance by any process or packaging ("manufacture").

If you or a loved one has been injured in an accident caused by someone else's negligence, malpractice, recklessness, or otherwise wrongful conduct, you may have a personal injury claim. Recoverable compensation may include lost wages, loss of earning capacity, pain and suffering, and medical bills.
Contact the Aaron W. Perry law firm if you have a pharmaceutical liability claim and need experienced representation. The prescription drug business is huge and 2018 estimates put Americans spending at over $500 billion. In addition to the amount of money being spent on drugs, there are also new and potentially better drugs being created each year.
Product liability occurs when a company makes a product and it causes a person harm, regardless of whether that company was negligent, missed a safety protocol or simply didn't perform enough testing. In Texas this is a strict liability offense. So, although a connection between harm to a person and the product must be made, the plaintiff doesn't have to show why, how or why the injury occurred in order to collect damages.

Aaron Perry is not only an excellent lawyer, he is also compassionate and strong in his belief that everyone deserves representation that will fight for them. I appreciate the time and effort he paid to our case and his approach to keeping our needs first. Too often, lawyers care more about closing a case quickly than they do about the true facts of the case but Aaron took the time to understand what we were dealing with and crafted an effective approach that ultimately was successful. I recommend Aaron Perry to anyone looking for a lawyer that will look out for them.

He was so professional, and took my case the day prior my first court date. My case was dismissed a month later on the second court date. What I really liked was his way of communicating and handling his clients. Everything he did personally no other intermediate or any one else calling instead of him. Aaron Perry did everything directly, fast and at a reasonable price. Other lawyers give you a retainer & ask for more money after each court date, well Perry gave me a flat rate & took care of everything. My case was in Criminal court for a Misdemeanor & if he could get rid of a charge like this
