I must recommend these awesome people and their business. They are lifesavers for RV owners in the area. They are willing to go the extra mile to make sure repairs are done properly. They will work with warranties and even outside service providers if necessary.
On our motor home, we have an extended warranty. We had slide issues, generator issues, chipped windshield and a toilet that wouldn't close the flush valve plus it leaked water on the floor behind it where it was difficult to mop up. Our water heated had failed in a little, rural park near Preston, Idaho, and we had a tough time finding anyone who could even look at it, let alone fix it. We called Sandy and David and they were at our RV site the next day but did not have the right parts. We arranged to meet them at their shop, some 45 minutes south, the next day. The part they ordered was short one bushing! Not their fault, typical for RV parts. David spent two hours going from shop to shop to find that bushing and got us back on the road with hot water. Did not charge us for the prior call as they couldn’t finish the job

I had no idea how difficult my job was going in; I just knew my battery wouldn't hold a charge and that it wasn't the battery. When I came in to pick up the trailer, my bill was $15. I could not believe this and thought it was a mistake. I really feel like other shops would have charged me for an hour of labor and for the part (marking the price up). Because it was such an easy job, he charged me the true price of the part. I also had a job where I had got moisture in my trailer and the sides were separating from the front. They fixed it and made it look great at a very reasonable price. These

I had a elec. Problem that was my fault, Dave fixed it in 5 minutes. Didn,t even charge me minimum. Then 2 -30 mile trips that both Dave and Sandy came . Repaired my awning and was more than fair on price. Wish all business were as fair and professional as they are. Any problem, call them. Also have parts or can get them very fast.

TLDR: Absolutely recommend. Although slightly difficult to find without Google Maps, they are fast, friendly, fair price, and well worth the chance to make repairs for you.
They were very fast to repair our camper's wall that blew out after water damage got into it. Their pricing was fair, they were flexible with our schedule, and would work with insurance if we had used insurance (we paid cash from the insurance claim).

Reason for 2 stars. Granted, it was a Utah holiday, but they were the only place open. High five for being open. But, when I got the part, I asked if they could help on price due to them being so cheap at other places around. Wouldn't budge. I pay for my item, and then I'm told, there will be a 10 dollar service fee for using a credit card. Say what!? I wish I would have gone to the other shop that had a nicer converter box that would charge my batteries faster for the same price I paid for this smaller, not as nice of a unit. I spent 300 bucks. They could have helped me some. I get business, but
