I drove many hours from Denver, Colorado past my local dealers to buy a Mahindra tractor from Jim the owner. Jim was heading down this direction so he met me in Wyoming to save me a few hours of driving. He was very helpful and very competitively priced and worth the drive. I am planing on driving up to his place and picking up a flatbed trailer within the next couple of months. Thank again.

If I could give them less than one star I would....The owner was very rude I am looking to purchase a trailer for my business and have been shopping around and looking at prices, I live here in cache valley and don't want to drive to buy a trailer somewhere else so I called to ask if he would price match...He then proceeded to bash his competitors trailers, guess he doesn't care about our community we live in, and doesn't want those tax dollars to stay here in cache valley where they will benefit all...I would advise taking your money elsewhere because he obviously doesn't want it.

I’m not even going to leave 1 star, horrible horrible customer service, owner very rude, don’t waste your time go somewhere else where they they will treat you kindly when you ask a simple question and not insult their competitors Poulson trailor and say there quality is horrible that’s why the price is less.

We had an incredible experience with mountain toppers in the Hyde Park Utah. We worked with Wayne, and he gave us a very fair price with service beyond belief. He met us back at the location after hours to help us because we were coming from out of state, and gave us a great walk-through of the trailer and was very friendly. I highly recommend purchasing from mountain toppers. They are a class act!

I bought a dump trailer here and had issues with one of the brakes locking up. I called them to see if they knew of a trailer mechanic who could look at it for me and they told me to bring it back to them, and they would fix it. I did and when I came to pick the trailer up, I learned that their mechanic hadn't even bothered to take the wheel off or take it on a test drive out on the road. He said that he couldn't see anything wrong with it when he tested it in the small dirt patch behind their shop. I ordered a topper from these guys in Sept 28 of 2020 it is now March of 2021. One shell came in they had orders for my truck, it was the wrong size. That was December. So they asked if I wanted to reorder. Well there is nowhere else to buy toppers in cache county so I told them go ahead. I didn’t pay them $200 non refundable dollars for nothing. Fast forward to last week I called them to check the status, they said it was on a truck being delivered it should be in by Thursday. Well it’s Monday March 11 and still not on my truck. We had checked prices and availability for a shell for our Ford, when we found this business, their prices seemed competitive and they had what we needed in stock. Yet after they installed the shell, and my wife returned home with it, we noticed it must have been stored outside for a long time. The unit was covered in dust and mud. The components were starting to rust, and the light didn’t work inside the shell.
