Scott Martin founded Benefit Specialists, then in 1999 partnered with Scott Alexander and Hedy Hebert to form Benefit Consulting Services. With the help of friends, business associates, and clients, Scott and his Partners have nurtured Benefit Consulting Services to one of the largest and most successful employee benefit agencies in North West Louisiana.
Amanda Hale joined the Benefit Consulting Services team in 2016 as their Office Manager. She works conjointly with the consultants and staff to deliver extraordinary customer service to each of our clients. Always being mindful that each request is unique to that client.
She also assists and takes a lead role in the processing of RFPs, annual renewals, open enrollments, and service-related elements such as billing, enrollments, and problematic claims.Amanda and the team ensure that their clients are compliant and knowledgeable of legislation changes to the insurance industry via a partnership with Zywave.
