The most unprofessional place I have ever been to. The heavy set Mexican lady in the front was lazy and rude with everybody that came in, the other lady was the same way and even tried to turn a customer away because "she didn't feel good". Just needed an ID for my daughter who is a minor and was told I would have to get a new ID as well because our addresses were different. Lie!! Went to the dmv the next day and they did it with no problem and even told me they have heard so many horrible things about Jackson smh. Just close down.

Worst costomer service I have ever had in my life.
The employees chose to close early as if its their company. Refused me service after I told them I left work early to make it there on time at 4:40, which was disreguarded. Poeple that lacks customer service and refuse service is sad in 2021. If you dont like your job just stop working...if not just do our job til 5:00, not 4:45. The lady told me the owner knows that she close her iffice at 4:40, lol. What owner wants to miss money, not one that I know or heard of.

Wont ever go back. Almost an hour and half later they could not assist me. They lady up front should have told me. While i was waiting for the title lady, she kept coming out of her office and helping people in the waiting area that came in after me. Worst ever, i will go to the DMV from now on. Its quicker.
