I was born and raised in Portland, OR and still call the Willamette Valley home. My wife, Meghan, and I feel incredibly fortunate to have found such a welcoming community for our two daughters, Addie & Claire. We enjoy spending time outdoors in the great state of Oregon. In the summer, I take advantage of our mountains, rivers and lakes.

I opened the doors to my State Farm agency in January of 2014 and consider myself lucky to be able to help the Newberg, Yamhill County, and Willamette Valley communities with their insurance and financial services.

Trevor and his team have always been helpful and responsive. When my windshield recently cracked I wasn’t sure the best way to navigate having it replaced. Trevor answered promptly, was able to explain a good course of action, and directed me towards a reputable company to perform the replacement of my windshield. Nothing but good things to say about them.

We have slowly been moving all our policies to Trevor Yates State Farm office, working with Sarah. She is phenomenal! She is friendly, professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and every other positive quality you want in an agent. Sarah is so easy to work with. She gets answers and solutions to us right away.
We had an issue with our contractor and the insurance adjuster playing the wait and blame game. One phone call into Trevor Yates office and it was taken care of.

The customer service has been exemplary. Trevor Yates gives quality service with a personal flair. I can usually count on Sara Ruiz to answer the phone and connect me with the answers I need. They are accomodating and efficient. Roadside service has always helped me in my travels when needed. I have multiple car discount ,home insurance and the discount for good driving record. There is an app for your phone to stay current on your policies and proof of insurance. I try to stay local with my business and I know you will never be sorry with this company. It's nice to talk to a person as well. Thank
