Had very friendly service in the office - but the cumulative 30 minutes I was in this office cost me approximately $800 (had no procedures done that may have been costly), appointments needed to be rescheduled, samples going to the lab were lost in transit requiring me to come back, I was unable to pay my bill online, dealt with an unfriendly receptionist when trying to make my first appointment, etc. Would not recommend and cancelled my follow-up appointment as a result.

My entire family have been going to this office for many years. I've had a couple of negative experiences with the office staff but continued to go because of Dr. Lindsey and my son's comfort with her. I recently missed an appointment, which I have never done in all the years of being a patient, and was charged a missed appointment fee. I never received the confirmation call or text that is sent before every appointment and there has never been an appointment where I haven't received this call. Money is top priority here! They do not allow you to leave without paying way more than you will owe after insurance pickup. For an office visit to order orthotics, my husband and I were forced to pay more than our $30 co-pay, then had to fight to get the money back after insurance settled with them. They billed me over $90 and my husband over $600 (he doesn't question these things)! Then after insurance settled, they said there was a subsequent visit for my husband that had not yet settled so they did not want to return the money until insurance had resolved that visit, which had nothing

Terrible experience. The office staff is rude and tone deaf and Dr. Lindsey had the worst bedside manner. This is a shame as I was referred by the Dr. that helped found this office. I do NOT recommend to anyone. There are plenty of knowledgeable podiatrists with great surgical experience that also display professional bedside manner and employ professional staff.

The two layers of office staff are not connected with the local office nor is the local office friendly. I scheduled a follow up appointment with for my son with the first level office easy. 10 minutes later I received a call back and yelled at for scheduling the appointment wrong. When I tried to reset the conversation with the local office staff I got continued negativity. Dr Lindsay is great but the staff leaves me going elsewhere.

Dr Lindsay performed my rather extensive foot and ankle surgery to address a flat foot deformity. I am happy to say 8 weeks post-op I haven’t been able to walk or move this well in some time. It’s amazing I didn’t realize how poorly I was walking until my “new” foot was working. Great office staff and medical team. They handled everything and answered all my questions. Highly recommend!

Our experience with Dr. Lindsey was fantastic. My 15yo daughter needed bunion surgery and Dr. Lindsey was competent and professional and made my daughter feel very comfortable. She has a tremendous bedside manner, which was appreciated since my daughter was definitely nervous going into this. The surgery was a success and if I can convince my daughter to do the other foot, Dr. Lindsey will most certainly be the surgeon to do it! Also shout out to the office staff and nurses-they were excellent!

I do not like saying negative things about anyone as I try to give people the benefit of the doubt. This time I'm willing to make an exception.
I will say the front office staff here are wonderful.
However it shocks me that Dr. Lindsay is so popular as I felt completely uncared for by her. I was seen with a sprained ankle and I was told I was too heavy for surgery and was essentially dismissed by her. She told me that I should not be in so much pain from an ankle sprain and kept mentioning my high BMI (yes I'm heavy but by no means am I morbidly obese) and kept mentioning things in

Dr. Calligaro is hands down the best podiatrist in the area! My entire family has been going to him for many years. He's super knowledgeable, trustworthy and treats you like you're a part of his family. I've been to other doctors regarding foot injuries and I always end up in his office and he gives me answers that other doctors could not. If you're having issues with your feet and/or ankles Dr. Bruce is definitely your guy!

I was very happy with the service I received at the Wayne Foot and Ankle Center. I found Dr. Bruce Calligaro to be a very skilled surgeon. His office staff were very professional and efficient. They all made my visits positive. I would recommend his office to any person who needs foot and ankle treatment.

While I was there I was reassured my insurance would cover everything. I was in college and broke my foot and they treated me multiple times telling me not to worry. About a year later I get a bill for $200, not that this is much now but as a college student it wasn't fair that they said everything would be covered. They need to get their act together before making empty promises and charging $75 an appointment for a stress fracture that could've been done in 2 appts.
Service was good- only reason why their getting 2 stars. The billing department was rude and ridiculous.
