Billing is one thing they don’t prepare you much for while in med school. My team at my small practice has been handling our own billings for years, because we didn’t trust anyone else to do it. Hippocratic Solutions has helped our clinic clear up our record-keeping and speed up our internal billing processes. We had some small customer support issues at first, but that’s understandable considering we had some of our issues within the team and our records as well, although I would recommend that they make their support systems and communication staff more streamlined for the future. We’re happy to continue working with Hippocratic Solutions moving forward, though.

My "team" is quickly responsive to questions, do all our authorizations and provide a portal for tracking all of our in office needs. Peter is the most knowledgeable person on coding that I've met.
