I would never call this company for air conditioning repairs especially if you are a person of Color!! The owner of the company named Joe is the rude and prejudice towards people of color especially if your a Black tenant! My advice to anyone PLEASE GO BUY A FAN BEFORE CALLING THIS COMPANY!!! I guarantee you that you will get better service and respect if you buy your fan at a Second Hand Store!!!

I had goettl come to my house because my air conditioning wasn't working. They said my condenser went out and needed to replace unit which was going to be a little over $10,000. I called southern nevada to get a second opinion and was hoping they would charge a little less than goettl. They came out and told me the only thing wrong was the condenser fan motor went out. So basically $400 later my a.c. is running great. Thanks guys for the $9600 savings and for having my air conditioning back on same day.

Clowns! In April 2013, Southern installed two Maytag IQs systems in my newly built residence. One worked fine, the other would freeze solid with 110 F temperatures outside. Southern blamed Maytag for their inability to fix the 4-ton unit. After over 20 service calls throughout the summer, Joe Delucie, owner or manager of Southern, told me he would not come back unless I would pay $400 per service call --notwithstanding the fact that in NV the installer is required to service (free labor) a new unit for a full year. I didn't call back Delucie, though most other AC companies didn't

I got home to no A/C just as summer really started to kick in. My house was hot and I have a 2 year old, so I called around and most places said they wouldn't come until the next day. I got lucky and called Southern Nevada A/C. Joe said he would come within the hour. He showed up, took a look, explained the problem, and fixed it quickly! I couldn't have asked for someone more genuine and professional! Joe was so nice and I couldn't be more grateful for his 5 star service! Definitely recommend this company to anyone with A/C problems. Without a doubt!

My grandma was without heating in the dead of winter. I called several companies and they would set up a time to be there and they would not show up. I finally decided to use the company that my work uses and they were there within an hour, fixed the issue and were more reasonably priced than I expected.
