Tech that came out to do "diagnostics " did not even perform diagnostic test just told me that I needed to get compressor replaced cause it was broken or a whole new unit. I got another tech to come in to do diagnostics added freon and my ac has been working fine since. You can't really trust ppl in this town. Just a bunch of sharks.

In one of our rental homes, we wanted to repair an older AC unit. Mojave was quick to respond to our request. The unit was so old we ultimately needed to replace it. The Mojave team including Travis went out and installed a fully new system. Mojave gave us a discount for the repair work that had been done the month before. The total price was reasonable. 1 day before an "Open House" my ac stops blowing cold air downstairs. called Mojave Air and they were there in 2 hours. After inspecting the system is found to be in good working order i just needed to change out my filters. Thanks to Omar for the prompt and honest service. I will definitely be calling Mojave Air should any other AC problems arise

Within 4 hours an entirely new Condenser unit was in place, installed with refrigerant. The installation crew of Omar and Xavier did an outstanding and thoroughly explained everything ring done

Omar came out to inspect our broken AC unit. He arrived quickly after my call to the office, and he was friendly, and very professional. Also took a bunch of time afterward, to look up various options for the repair.

I had my air conditioner go out today. It was on it's way to 117 degrees. I have a 9 month old daughter. I called Mohave air and they squeezed me in as an emergency for my daughter the same day. Melissa, I can't thank you enough for pushing for my daughter to keep her comfortable in this heat. Tech came out. Extremely knowledgable, and we're nice and cool again. It's hot. I know there were a ton of calls. Yet they got me on the schedule the same day. It's hard to find that customer service that goes above and beyond. And Melissa came through like a rock star. Mojave Air has always had a history of competent & friendly techs in my experience, but Anthony Silva truly went the extra mile and impressed me (and I know a lot of AC people!).
Anthony was personable, respectful, knowledgeable, professional and great demeanor around our children while working in my home. Anthony took the time to diligently test his repairs and be proactive for potential future issues. Couldn't have asked for a better tech to come out and get our A/C back up.

It was a Friday night a couple of weeks ago when my air conditioning went out. Of course the next day was supposed to be 95 degrees. Saturday morning I started calling around to see who could come out and look at it. Mojave was my 4th call and they said they could have someone out between 11 and 1. Great. No one else could come out that quick. The tech showed up promptly at 11 and within 30 mins. my air was up and running. The tech was very friendly and explained to me what exactly happened. These guys did a great job!! Thanks a bunch!

Absolutely wonderful!!! Very, very thorough, can not say enough about how great the Service Tech was! Extremely polite and courteous!! Scheduler was also exceptional. Price was fantastic, only sorry that I didn't have my vents cleaned sooner!

Technician was so patient. My dogs were beyond obnoxious about a strange mask wearing man and weird sounding tools, but he was very understanding. The clog in my dryer vent was horrific (thanks previous owners) and it took him a while to finally break through it. I had tried to do it myself when I moved in, but I didn't have the tools or patience. I should have hired Mojave sooner and saved myself the grief. Very reasonable priced. I do wish I had been offered an emailed invoice vs a confirmation number on the charge, but that's not enough for me to dock the overall rating.

Called for service and was fortunate to get same day service. The tech, Spencer, called first to make sure coming early was acceptable. Once he arrived, he quickly assessed the situation and repaired our ac to working order. Then he checked his repairs to insure he had not missed anything, explaining to us fully what he had done and why. Thanks for the great service. We will definitely use Mohave Air Conditioning for all our ac and heating needs in the future.

I saw a review from a friend and knew I should trust Mojave but even more happy that Cecil helped us. Cecil helped them with their home and now ours.
Beginning of August in Nevada summer and the capacitor went out on our A/C. (85 degrees inside and 86 outside at 8am)
We've had issues before and after a month we have run into the same problem of no cold air coming out. NO OTHER COMPANY DIAGNOSED THIS OR CONSIDERED THIS AN ISSUE!
I texted their service before opening time and got a reply within the hour. Cecil called before he was on his way and his arrival time

These guys did a great job repairing our air conditioning unit!
Middle of summer, our ac unit stopped working! We first called another company who proceeded to tell us that we need to replace the entire unit which will cost several thousand. I was shocked and not happy. My friend told me to call this company instead, and they promoted came out within a few hours. Instead of thousands of dollars, they repaired the unit for just several hundred dollars instead. Wow what a savings and the ac unit works just fine now!
The office staff was very prompted in sending us our receipts. Easy transaction
